This is a really fun restaurant in Quincy Mall. The night we visited, there was a special on crab legs and french fries. Perfect! The restaurant is a sports bar and we were able to watch tv while we ate. Delicious food and good service in a great atmosphere.

The service is bad and rude! Supposedly thats part of the concept but having to pick up stuff from the floor that the waiter throws at you is not a winner with us! The burger was burnt and the sides bad ... not worth a visit or a penny! Can not recommend this to any one.

Food was nasty, Waitress was supposed to be rude but she was funny and nice. Will try a different Dick's.

A restaurant with a "tropical" theme, where the servers are apparently expected to be as rude as possible- they succeeded. While some might enjoy this, I thought they took it a bit too far. The food was OK, but like other similar places it was pricey. Located in the Quincy Market area. I had fish and chips and it was... More

The waitress threw our utensils and menus at us when we first sat down. You need to know the staff there are meant to be dicks to you! If you get offended easily do not go there. They made us all insulting phrases on paper hats that they put on our heads. All part of the fun. We had teenagers... More

This has to be the worst place I have ever eaten at! Food was horrible, service was rude, sloppy and immature. Overpriced. Whoever thought this facility was a great place must be insane! There are so many more affordable, pleasant places to eat at. Don't go here!

I had never been to Dick's before. I guess the deal is they treat you like crap and it's supposed to be fun. Sure...okay. The food was actually pretty good, but unless you enjoy a very loud place where they like to yell at customers, I wouldn't recommend it.

Fun friendly staff with crude sarcasm. From clam to chilli cheese tots. Katfish that's deep fried to very large fish bowl cocktails. Funny shirts and everything you'd love about Dicks. Many come with children but the sarcasm doesn't suit the kids. Adults would love it and thoroughly enjoy the experience. Food ranges from $6 to $30 average and is very... More

If you like getting abused and eating in a messy restaurant (the floor was full of waste paper), with bad service, you'll enjoy Dick's Last Resort. I did not. We wanted a quick snack before a comedy show, but the service was so bad, we barely got to eat any of our nachos.

This is a loud raucous place full of crude concepts and displays of stuff they want you to buy. The unique schtick is that the wait staff are rude to you (in a funny way). It wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be. The place was packed so tight that I couldn't even leave my seat without... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
