For dinner we had the following:Sear Sea Scallops with mashed carrots , roasted mushrooms, beef enchiladas fajitas, black angus beef tenderloin, and heritage farms pork tenderloin . All we good! I dined here alone on a business trip, and was fortunate enough to snag a seat at the bar of this very popular establishment sans a reservation. The margarita selection was delicious, and I'm increasingly fond of spicy cocktails. This place has terrific ceviche and the lobster nachos are decadent. I should have refrained from ordering the churros and hot... More

I loved the food and cocktails. Everything is fresh and very flavorful. I was surprised by how good a potato cake could taste! Definitely worth it to me. Only complaint was our table was close to the kitchen. Busy, loud and observed the staff complaining, etc.

First off, lobster nachos were excellent. Ordered Meyer Lemon Pasta for entree. When dish arrived, everything floating in pasta water. No salt and no salt on table. Pasta and shrimp totally over cooked. Rubbery shrimp, mushy pasta. But the asparagus tips were very tasty! Basic cooking accidents that should not happen in a highly rated restaurant like Limones. Would not... More

We were meandering around don't own Asheville to try someplace new and saw Limones open on Sunday and stopped in to eat. The choices were both breakfast and lunch plates and the most difficult decision was what to order. As others around us received their orders we became more and more anxious for ours to arrive. We were both delighted... More

We had dinner on a Tuesday night, it was good but not amazing. Frankly I came expecting higher end Mexican but it felt a little confused. The ceviche was a little busy I could not taste the fish there was a lot of mango and papaya but not the fish. My son had the duck confit on Sopas which were... More

This is definitely not your typical Mexican restaurant. Upscale and expensive, but very good. They have it down to a science- in and out- and they have to because it's a small space. The wait staff is excellent and everything we had was good. I am a vegetarian and the eggplant dish was very good and plenty for more than... More

It was impossible to get a dinner reservation so made a Sunday Brunch reservation at 11 am. Everything was perfect; the welcoming greeter, the attentive servers, the Latin music, the minimalist Hacienda/Spanish decor, most of all the Mexican Brunch. I could be in Asheville a week and eat there everyday! It's that delicious. The Mexican hot chocolate and churros is... More

We were in Asheville on a weekend and knew it would be busy. We parked near Limones and passed by on our way to the downtown area. After finishing our activities for the day, we were looking for a place to eat and came back to this restaurant. Super busy even at 1:30! We did not have reservations, but they... More

Not a typical Mexican restaurant. Gourmet! No chips and salsa served on the table here. Fine dining in unique space. Prompt service. Don't miss the Tres Leche cake, with a snifter of Frangelico.....the perfect way to end a meal. We will be back without hesitation.
