Wonderful homemade surprise! We stopped by this storefront Pakistani restaurant for a quick lunch. What a find!! Have been back many times and the family greets us like old friends. This lamb biryani was tender and the rice was so flavorful that I kept it for lunch leftovers. No leftovers from my husband’s beef pita! Quick delicious family restaurant with a cultural twist.

Really tucked away in the plaza, unassuming but excellent food. Pakistani and Indian dishes as well as shwarma. Biryani is good, items in the specialties section of the menu are excellent. Also really good palaak paneer. We will be returning soon to try more menu items.

I wanted to go there for a long time but my family is crazy for Mexican restaurants. I finally got there and did not regret!
We ordered a cheese naan bread and lamb dish to share. OMG IT WAS GREAT! I can not wait to come back again. THANK YOU!

Excellent food, fair prices, friendly and quick service. We had the lamb biryani, chicken kurma, vegi samosas and Nan. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend

In a strip shopping center near Asheville‘s Walmart Superstore is a gem of a restaurant! Delicious Pakistani/India food with some Middle Eastern swarma also available! Not fancy, just wonderful food.
Opens at 4:30 in the evening.

WOW! Make that another WOW! Despite the modest setting, the food is outstanding!!! Fresh and flavorful, cooked perfectly, our meal was terrific! Tandoori chicken was amazing - the marinade kept it moist, the flavor was IN the chicken, not a red dyed coating. Mutton korma was fabulous, tender chunks in a sauce made from scratch daily. The cheese- stuffed naan was light and gooey, a great treat!
Maybe most amazing was the rice pudding. NOT like the familiar Greek style, it was smooth and creamy, with bits of rice, not whole grains. UNBELIEVABLE!!
Everything was top-notch!
Small challenge -popularity!! A problem many businesses would love to confront. Biryani has been “discovered” in a small way, and will continue to face greater demand. Be patient with them, the possible wait is more than worth the reward!!
Can’t wait to go back!!!
