My husband and I stopped there one evening and had a panini each, with the homemade chips. The taste was very unique and I would highly recommend it, but for $9.99 for a sandwich and chips we thought it was kind of pricey.

Wish we had just gotten the plain chips, they were perfectly cooked. Wish that they would offer to let us just try a single chip before deciding which to order. Sandwiches were good. Ciabatta bread is probably not the best choice for a panini because it is bread basically encased in crust and pressing it, just makes the whole thing... More

I walked into this place and what a great find. They have chips and you can choose your own seasons. I asked for a sample of a plain chip, just to taste to make sure I wanted to purchase them. These chips are better then any on the market. I bough a box of plain chips for a little over... More

This place was recommended by a local, so we figured it was good, and it was. They offer paninis and housemade sweet or regular potato chips with various toppings, including savory and sweet. We split a panini and some sweet potato chips with Belgian dark and milk chocolate and sea salt. It was a very difficult decision; everything sounded so... More

The name intrigued us, so we stopped in for lunch just as the restaurant was opening for the day. The interior is cozy and the menu easy. Chips are one of my favorite foods and there was a large list of flavors from which to choose. The crunch and taste was so appreciated. The panini choice is limited but varied... More

Gourmet chips were enough to get us interested. We love finding places that take an ordinary food and elevate it with unique and interesting flavor combinations. After looking at the menu online, the paninis looked delicious as well and we decided to give it a try. The descriptions do not dissapoint! I got the Truffle Parmesan Turkey panini with the... More

Excellent paninis and gourmet potato chips. Very small restaurant and super busy, with only 2 workers who seemed really flustered.

We were walking around downtown Asheville and came across this small bistro. What a pleasant surprise! There was only one person working, and she was very pleasant, taking our order and making our lunch in a timely manner. The specialty of the place is the variety of homemade, gourmet potato chips. We tried the Belgian chocolate and caramel chips and... More

Had a quick lunch here during a business meeting. The most interesting chips I have ever eaten - savory and sweet. Fried potato, plantains and sweet potato chips. Made fresh there. Delicious! Great for lunch.
