Curate is more than a restaurant, it’s a journey to the wonderful world of Spaniard food. A culinary experience like no other in Asheville. This is arguably one of the best Spanish restaurant in the US. Cúrate would compete with the good ones in Spain...if it was located there. The food is amazingly delicious, the wine selection is near perfect and the service is outstanding. In case you wonder, price is about $50-$60 for person with wine included. We ordered quite a few tapas and had delicious wine for a fair price. Absolutely worth it. To add some perspective to my thoughts; I rarely give 5 dots to any restaurant and I’m Spaniard. That’s how good Cúrate is.More

The whole experience was exceptional, from the service, the drinks and wine selection and menu offering. Let's talk about the food, we had the tasting menu and it was divine. We enjoyed so much that we went back the day after. Great job to Katie...Button and her team. Cannot wait to come backMore

Ok, so when booking we never thought our bill would be $250 when leaving on that note I was full my husband not so much. It was the type of food he calls bird food on each dish brought the largest dish brought was the...final one before dessert and even that wasn't that fulfilling. We both ordered the chef's choice with the wine pairing and if you have reservations that are not ready yet you can go to the bar and they will add the drinks to your dinner tab so it all adds up. I'm glad we did it but not again just because of cost and the little bit that they give you.More

Sat at the bar so met a great bartender! Food was delicious and served when we wanted it. So many dishes to choose from so we had a number of them. Luckily, we could go hiking afterwards! Would recommend Curate to anyone traveling in or...near Asheville!More

The food and service were both excellent. The menu accommodates dietary restrictions with gluten-free selections identified. Pork tapas were presented with aromatic flaming rosemary. The trout was the best ever.

Had a great visit at Curate. I have wanted to eat here for a few years but never could get in without a reservation. But today was my day. Made a reservation and it was easy! Staff was super friendly and nice. The manager was...wonderful and so welcoming. The restaurant itself is very nice and the crowd is great. We chose a charcuterie board of shoulder roast and cheese. The meat was amazing, perfect really. The cheese board was ok, was not a fan of the goat cheese. But it was ok. I am a little picky with my cheeses so I probably wouldn’t pick that next time. We got the cheese potatoes which were good. But the stars of the show were the lamb scewers and the stuffed pimentos. They were absolutely delicious! For 2 of us this was perfect amount of food. There were a few other things on the menu we would have liked to try but maybe next time! It wasn’t as great as I expected it to be but I am definitely glad I went!More

I really enjoyed my food & recommendations from my server! The cocktails are tasty too. I liked sotting at the bar where I could watch food being prepared.

We've been multiple times since moving to Asheville in 2019. Head Chef and Owner Katie Button is an exceptional chef. She has worked with Jose Andres in the DC area and has been recognized by James Beard many times, Food & Wine... Every tapas plate...we have ever tried is exceptional. We love bringing friends here. One couple we know in Virginia ordered cook your own meals from them during the pandemic. If it's just you and a spouse/date/friend, eat at the bar where you can watch them cook. It is magic. If you are in Asheville and you do not eat here, well... do you hear that? It is the sound of regret.More
