We waited for an outside table since we had our dogs with us. It didn't take very long before we were called. The food was awesome and the Biltmore chardonnay very good. We were so happy there were so many dog- friendly places around Asheville.

We decided to eat at Cedric’s Tavern in Antler Hill Village while staying at the Biltmore Inn. My husband got a Reuben Sandwich with homemade chips . It was delicious. He would definitely get this again. I got a salad with homemade ranch dressing. I...More

Excellent service, and the food was delicious. They start you out with house made pickles! The fish and chips, and bison was great. The house made steak sauce is fantastic. If you are lucky you will get Chris R. as your server, he is charming...More

Make a reservation! I did & was promptly seated. My server was Megan--very pleasant & efficient!! I started with a spicy beef soup--akin to chili. Very good!! Had to have the lobster roll!! It's poached Maine lobster in a mayo-based sauce in a buttery roll,...More

If you are staying on the property you should try Cedric's. The food is overpriced and you will need a reservation. The fried pimento cheese was wonderful! The fish and chips was good but not a fan of the tarter sauce. Hubby loved the Shepherds...More

We tried Cedric’s during our Biltmore visit. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. We tried (by recommendation of our server) the burger, deviled eggs, and a grilled pimento cheese. None was exceptional and we found the burger to be a bit dry. The...More

If you want to eat on grounds, there ate multiple options. Perhaps we chose poorly. Easy access at 2pm. They need to manage sun on patio better, it was glaring and really hot and we visited in November. Waitstaff good, food mediocre burger undercooked, sandwich...More

I enjoyed the Shepherd's Pie. It was made with tender bits of lamb. My only critique is that the gravy was a bit too thick. Otherwise it had a very nice flavor. The Triple Chocolate Trifle was to die for!

They are available on Biltmore's website. It is rather steep shipping costs.

You can go to The Biltmore Estate main web page. Look under the tab "shop" then under wine and food, then under gourmet food. They will ship any where. Hope this helps. I buy the pickles all the time!
