Dinner in the dining room is worth the not-inexpensive price. Excellent service and wonderful food. We had a bad experience in the Library Lounge but 4 breakfasts and 1 dinner in Dining Room were beyond reproach.

This is fine dining. Service is outstanding. Menu is a little limited, but any choice is EXCELLENT. Atmosphere is sophisticated but not stuffy--beautiful fireplace and the view is amazing! Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner from appetizer to dessert. It was memorable!

The breakfast was heavenly. We had the B&B package so breakfast was included AND WAS HEAVENLY. The buffet had anything and everything. The cream cheese blintz with cranberry compote was my favorite. Homemade pastries and desserts were amazing. Omelets made in front of you. Hashbrown casserole, quiche and yummy breakfasts meats. Fresh fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice. We ate... More

Stopped in without a reservation, got lucky and was given a table by the window. We were asked at check -in if we had dietary restriction and told them I was gluten free. Our wait person Chris was ever mindful of this and made suggestions. I was provided with a plate of the most delicious gluten free breads; a sesame,... More

The Inn has two restaurants, the Library Lounge is in the lobby of the hotel and the Dining Room which is downstairs. I have eaten several times in the Library Lounge. The view is very nice if you have window seating, the service, like most things at the Biltmore Estate, is impeccable and the food is wonderful. It's fun to... More

It was such a delightful birthday dinner dining by the large, beautiful fire place. Wonderful wine selection, beautiful atmosphere & fantastic service & food. I had the fillett with shaved black truffles that were flown in from Vancouver. I will return if I am ever back in Ashville.

Make sure your room has a view of the amazing grounds of the Biltmore. The property sits up on a hill with amazing places to sit, relax and take in the beauty of the biltmore. The rooms are very nice and the hotel has top notch service as to be expected with this level of property. There are hiking trails... More

My daughter and I enjoyed high tea at the Inn. This was a wonderful experience. Both the service and the offerings were superb! We choose a black, whole leaf tea. The starter was a type of bread pudding cube(s) with dried fig. After we were treated to a variety of wonderful savories. Everything on the plate was amazing, including a... More

This is an annual event for my birthday. The food served at the tea this year was VERY disappointing, to the point it felt on step away from spoilage. Our server was wonderful, but the food was not. I will not be returning.

Did not eat in the formal restaurant - don't care to go formal on vaca. Thought we would try the less formal Library Lounge for the view and check it out. Unfortunately, it was dark and even the Lounge was too formal for my taste. The grilled cheese offering was good but the beet salad was a joke - size... More
