Ate here the night before Thanksgiving. Had read mixed reviews on TA but decided to give it a try based on limited options. Pajarito's was busy and seemed a little understaffed. They did have a good beer selection, however, some beers were out. Had to go up to the bar to see what was available in bottles in the cooler.... More

Pajarito Brewpub & Grill A great selection of beers on tap. The sweet potato fries were amazing! We got the rosemary sweet potato fries (5) with two pints of draft beer. You could really taste the rosemary and the Asiago cheese on the fries. It was yummy goodness. To compliment this treat, I had an Santa Fe Brewing October Fest... More

Great Hamburger & Fries & Pickle to go w/a glass of Ice Tea that's cold to the last drop as there is a Cold Plate, a frozen metal strip running along back edge of bar to place your beverage upon> its a WHITE color due to condensation frozen onto it. You rellay do appreciate it when you're at the bottom... More

Busy place. Had the crawfish poor-boy sandwich special, cold and greasy. Had a Moscow Mule for a drink, it was served in a beer glass, warm, no ice, tasted like it was mixed with apple cider vs. ginger beer. It had no tast or resemblance to a Moscow Mule. They where busy, seemed to be well staffed, clean'ish, slow service.... More

Great selection of beer and having a frozen metal area on the bar to set your glass is unlike anywhere else. Didn't eat but enjoyed a COLD one after work.

Stopped there on a Thursday night after 8pm. Just wanted something to eat and gave it a try. First thing I saw on the menu was Scotch Eggs and thought "well, this may be interesting". Had a burger and fries. It was really good.

Went in for the first time in about 6 months, I was pleasantly surprised that the menu had been refreshed and both my husband's steak salad and my green chile cheesesteak were tasty. I, personally, do prefer my meat fried up with the onions for a Philly cheesesteak, but it was good nonetheless. Great beer on tap. Had to ask... More

Burgers were good and beer was cold. If you find yourself at Bandolier National Monument and looking for lunch, Pajarito's is about a 5-7 mile scenic drive.

Had dinner with family and friends and although service was slow the food was delicious and the staff was friendly. The waitress apologized for the wait time for the drinks and the food, but overall the place was great! It's a nice clean venue and the prices were reasonable. The beer selection was nice too. We'll make sure to stop... More
