This restaurant was recommended to us (2 couples on a Parks trip) by the owner of the B&B where we stayed. Figuring that the locals would know the real deal, we went. Cool story about the property and the history of the place but we...More

we were very disappointed with the food at this restaurant. It was like cafeteria food and not like it was advertised. There was shrimp scampi but it had some kind of a red sauce on it. Not good.

Do not miss this great place to dine and wonderful views. Food is outstanding and prices are very reasonable. Trust me, treat yourself and visit this place. Opens around 5PM but you do not need reservations. Outside dining is spectacular.

The space is the previous home of a Uranium Barron and some rooms are still set up as if it were the 50's/60's home. The servers were polite and knowledgeable, however the cocktails need work and the food was good but almost "cafeteria" in presentation.

A little pricey but overall such a wonderful experience. Sat outside for sunset dinner. Fantastic view, lovely experience with family. Would come back again for drinks and apps if we had more time!

I had read that the food at this place was fairly pricey, but my family and I thought that just getting starters and drinks couldn't cost us too much. Fortunately, we arrived in the late afternoon on Monday and were immediately seated out on the...More

Although it undoubtedly has a great view, it is not worth the money it costs. We got there early to avoid crowds and were seated immediately. The climate control is limited as expected so it was a bit warm inside and too windy to sit...More

Description
The Sunset Grill is in the former home of Uranium King Charlie Steen. In the early 1950s Moab was a small farming community. Arches and Canyonlands were places only a lucky few experienced. In 1952 Charles A. Steen, geologist and prospector, put Moab on the world map. The Sunset Grill specializes in hand-cut steaks, prime rib, seafood, and other traditional dishes.
