The sign for fresh roasted beans lured us into this quaint coffee shop and the cappuccino was delicious! The server mentioning that he was practicing "thank you" in 7 languages, and we want to say Grazie.

It is NOT a restaurant . It is literally a coffee shop. They roast their own beans, and sell magnificent coffee. Try their iced coffee (with frozen coffee "ice" cubes). Or buy a bag or two of freshly roasted beans.
After driving all day to get to Moab from Washington and getting low quality coffee, We drove by and was skeptical. But, this place was amazing! very homey and delicious. I loved my iced mocha!

Stopped into the Moab Coffee Roasters for the first time on a recent trip to Moab. Staff is friendly and coffee is excellent. Nice selection of both hot and cold drinks. Coffee is much better than the "chain" coffee locations.
