Arrived in Harpers Ferry at 7 pm on a Sunday night the Anvil was the only place open. Food was great, service not so great. Not to mention the mouse we saw that did not seem to alarm the servers.

My wife & I stopped here for dinner on the recommendation of the B&B owner where we stayed. The restaurant was pleasant, our meals were well prepared and flavorful and the music was a great background.
