People that eat here, don’t know what a decent breakfast would be like. Greasy bacon and burnt eggs.

I go to breakfast at Skillets once a week at 6:20 AM. Prompt, friendly service. Good coffee!. Inexpensive prices. Law enforcement, ranchers, and locals filled the place in the morning. I will continue to return to Skillet's!
The dinner is a bit outdated on the inside. The food is pretty good and the service was nice. This is nothing crazy. Its a typical greasy spoon sort of place. Coffee is ok. It seems to be more frequented by elderly patrons.
The name speaks for itself...excellent breakfast skillets made to order! But also, awesome omelets, huge buttermilk biscuits and pancakes too. This place is always busy, so get there early or allow yourself some time...but come hungry because the portions are grand! Restaurant is nothing fancy,...More
Skillet's menu is mostly breakfast based with a wide assortment of pancakes, waffles, and omelets. They also have a nice selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and entrees. Service is fast and friendly in a casual table service setting. Reasonable prices.
