Best parts are the drinks and the views. Had a holiday special drink. Was tasty and stong. Service was ok, not awesome. Food was good but very pricey. $19 for a margarita flatbread.

Loved the impeccable brunch buffet food presentation! Excellent selection, nicely prepared and all looked fresh. But the wait staff was incredibly slow and bordering on being inept. Not the kind of wait staff you'd expect from a luxury hotel restaurant. Champagne was never refilled, had...More

Small plate fair. Drinks are wonderful. Tried the tuna and it was great. But my personal favorite was the shrimp tostada. Great taste. This was a terrific place to share drinks and food. The service was perfect and the views were worth the visit. Couldn't...More

The views are really to die for, absolutely great spot to have a drink or two. While visiting they had a jazz band playing live music which was also nice. Have fun 🥂

The views on a clear day are extraordinary. The drinks are good, the food prep and choices are so-so. Especially for the expense!! Unfortunately our window table, with it's wide window ledge, became a playground for two young un-minded children, and the staff seemed impotent....More

My husband and I stayed at the Mark Hopkins and went to the Top of the Mark on our last night in San Francisco. All views of the city were spectacular but food and drinks are expensive.

They gave us the best table in the house. Harbor views. Just excellent. Drinks were perfectly made, as were the appetizers.

We stopped by for a pre-dinner drink and appetizer around sunset to take in the amazing views. The prices are high but so are the views so it is worth it.

Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the
city and is home to amazing architecture and views.
The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for
those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be
rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful
architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated
with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all
were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that

We got there around 5 PM to make sure we had a window seat for the sunset. There is no charge to visit the Top of the Mark. Drinks and appetizers are pricey.

I think we arrived for happy hour around 5:00. If you find they are open earlier definitely go as early as possible. A window seat is really the reason to go, but even at 5:00 we were too late. I don't think there is a... More
