We arrived about 730 am, 10/18, busy, but not packed. Staff was...staff appeared as they had just been reprimanded by management, very reserved...obvious tension. Coffee were typical Starbucks, good. It was nice to get a coffee and cross the street to the small pier.

It's reasonable to get a cup of coffee @ Starbuck and easy to find. They also offer WIFI facilities to get a cab.

This Starbucks is busy but well-staffed. I've waited longer in quieter ones. Max wait for ordering 4 mins. Ideally located at the start of the tram that goes to Union Sq shopping area; opposite Bike SF; and 10 mins walk from the bottom of the famous Lombard Street hairpins.

Hanging out for a good cup of coffee and there is Starbuck's. Grabbed a great cup of coffee and something to eat which you know that it will be good food, service is great at any Starbuck's.

Service is good but please pay attention to the trashcan. It was so full we had to force the used cup and napkins down.

Usual Starbucks offerings. We visited late afternoon. It was quite busy, with seating seemingly being hogged by people on laptops and phones. When we eventually got a table we had to wipe it down ourselves. The waste bins were overflowing. There was debris left laying on tables and the floor (not necessarily the fault of the staff - tourist areas... More

I was so glad to find this spot so close to our hotel and on the way to our Alcatraz tour. The service was not that great, compared to the store by my house, but the coffee tasted as great as you expect at all the stores

We visited a couple of times and were surprised by the general lack of cleanliness. Some of the food looked a bit stale although the coffees were very good.
