Family of 7 met up in the city from all over the country looking for some Veal Parmagiana - we found it here! Although the humorous and gracious waiter told us they had many specialties, four of the 7 had a delicious plate of veal...More

Small restaurant with even better service. Tables are close but we did not mind. Food was very good and flavors were great. The service here was some of the best we have ever had. We would recommend and come again.

Our salads were delicious and the entrees even tastier. The size of the resturant, taste, Italian staff and street scene along Chestnut made us feel like we were back in Italy. The house wine was also good. Not inexpensive though, around $100 for two with...More

We went with our two boys when they were really tired. The waiters were brilliant in helping get us settled. The food arrived quite quickly and was delicious. The seafood pasta was the best I've had for a long time. All plates were empty and...More

Our group had an excellent meal at E'Angelo! This restaurant is a small family style genuine Italian restaurant. The service was very friendly and practiced the European style of dinning,,,long dinners (if you want) no rushing and you asking for the check. We were there...More

Never wonderful, but used to be ok quality and value. Changes of ownership ruined it for former patrons. It's greasy, high-fat, very simple fare, but the prices have skyrocketed and portions have shrunk. Used to like the veal dishes, but past few years the quality...More

There are certainly many choices for dining in this area, but we had a desire for Italian. What drew us into E'Angelo was the sign out front that their pasta was homemade, and two of the workers taking a break outfront were speaking Italian. We...More

Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.
