Although it's not all pizza. Pizza is what we ordered " The Big Jim " deep dish 13" . It's a lot of pizza and tastes absolutely fantastic. Excellent service and excellent food, get there early or be prepared to wait.

This place is really cool. It's got an old speakeasy style to it. It's nice and laid back, not too fancy, not too casual. The staff were very friendly. We had the 8 inch deep dish pizza to share and a couple of drinks (beer...More

Got a recommendation from a SF local to visit Capo's and we were thrilled that we listened. We didn't set out to have pizza, but after seeing others eating it while we waited for a table we had to try it. Deep dish Chicago style...More

Full disclosure...I do not like Chicago style pizza. That being said, my son-in-law does and this restaurant is one of his faves. They had given our table away, tho we had a reservation and were early. They squeezed all eight of us (plus a toddler)...More

We stumbled upon this restaurant after a long day sightseeing in San Francisco. The food was simply fabulous. The server was attentive. Between the garlic bread and the appetizer with prosciutto olives cheese and salami we were full before our meals even arrived!! But the...More

We wanted a good pizza with a nice salad. We'd heard about Tony's 'other restaurant' which specialised in Chicago style pizzas, and we thought we'd try it. We weren't disappointed! The spinach salad was lovely and our freshly cooked thin 'old Chicago' pizza arrived after...More

Picked this one without much advance research, and couldn't have been happier. It's a smaller venue, but the food was outstanding and the owner and wait staff were top notch. We had to eat at the bar, because I think reservations are normally required, due...More

As the oldest in North America, San Francisco's
Chinatown is an exotic experience. A unique
neighbourhood decorated with colourful shops, historic
streetlights, hanging lanterns, and pagoda roofs
awaits behind the stone-carved dragon gates. Feast on
dim sum at the tea houses, or meet the locals who
gather at historic Portsmouth Square to play chess or
practice Tai Chi. Fish markets, produce stands,

Celebrating classic Chicago-style cuisine with an emphasis on authenticity and quality of ingredients, the menu dishes up favorites like true Chicago-style pizza served on four types of crust: Deep Dish, Cast Iron Pan, Stuffed, and Cracker Thin. Each style is made with Ceresota Flour from one of the oldest mills in Chicago. Capo’s signature dish is marked by the Quattro Forni pizza, taking Gemignani’s World Pizza Championship winning dish, the Tre Forni, to the next level by cooking it four different times as opposed to three; and is limited to 10 per day due to extensive specialized preparations. House specialties include the house-made calabrese and sweet fennel sausages served in a variety of dishes like the the House-Made Honey and Calabrese; and The Outfit “Antipasti Platter” with assorted Italian deli meats hand sliced daily on the antique slicer in the restaurant. Wood-fired baked pastas include Conchiglie and Mostaccioli; other retro classics are highlighted by Chicken Vesuvio with a classic sauce of white wine, garlic, lemon and peas.
