Claiming itself to be the most easterly pub in the USA and having had beers in the most westerly pub in Europe, we obviously had to give Leary's a try. This is a very small, quaint and snug little Irish pub, tucked in behind other buildings facing the Bar Harbor Village Green, but well worth finding as the welcome is... More

I guess it depends on what you order. My husband enjoyed his lobster dinner. My hamburger was aweful. I felt it was very over priced and dark inside. We were only there for the day. Should have cked out trip advisor first. The store next door was the best buy for souvineer clothing though

This is a small, but really good bar. We found it on a late night walk around town and decided to poop in. Good beer selection, and the scotch and bourbon selections were good as well.

We were wandering around Bar Harbor shopping and looking for a lunch spot. Given that Guinness is my wife's favorite beer, this hidden-away Irish pub looked like a good choice. Great selection of beers & cocktails - lunch was good. This is a very small pub, but don't be scared off by the size. It was fun to play some... More

Had lunch at Leary's with some friends the other day upon arriving in Bar Harbor. Very pleasant experience. Very friendly bartender in a quaint little Irish pub. Nice draft selection featuring beer from Foundation and a reasonable menu. I recommend starting with the pub fries.

We popped in here on our first afternoon. Nice menu, great selection of beers, wines, ciders. Bartender was very friendly. We could have stayed all afternoon and chatted with the other customers. Prices were average, we had lobster rolls and a couple of pints.

Look and feel of a typical Irish pub. Guinness was cold with a decent variety of beers to choose from. Not a place to go with a large group as seating inside was quite limited. Food items were tasty but a bit pricey for the quantity served.

It is a small pub with an Irish air about it with Irish music in the background. Though that did change after a while. The selection was the typical beers of Ireland so nothing different there. There were other beers that sounded interesting from around Maine. The bangers and mash with garlic mashed potatoes was almost as good as being... More

I was a little taken aback when I saw the size of this place. Small. About 6 or so stools at the bar and I think I counted 4 seating areas, each big enough for 4 people. We walked and and almost walked out until a young couple offered 2 of the seats at their table to us. I'm so... More

Cozy little Irish Pub with big screen TV. Good beer, Irish whiskey and quaint Irish sayings on the wall and table tops (only 3 tables). Good music added to the fun ambiance. Other than your normal Maine seafood menu items were some interesting Gaelic type, i.e. scotch eggs, banger and mash, and shepherds pie. Bartender did a good job of... More
