Stopped for dinner after watching sunset at Haleakala. The food hit the spot. Their bread was freshly baked. Linguine Pescatore sauce was amazing. You can easily come back again. My husband had Rigatoni Beverly hills with sun dried tomatoes and it was very good too. Price was reasonable too. Ambience was good and service was great.
I love Casanova's for celebrations, a quiet dinner for one, or anything. It is delicious, fresh and I love the staff & cooks, as they are super warm & kind. The pasta, pizza, salads, veggies, all of it is really delicious, hot & flavorful.
Some of my favorites here are the Portofino, the Polenta with mushrooms, the steak with brandy/peppercorn sauce. I also enjoy their pizza and many of their salads. There is something for everyone on the menu.
we ordered the special dinner for 2 which gave you a choice off the menu for 3 courses, this was more than enough food for us and the food was fantastic
Enjoyed lunch for four. Good Italian menu, many fresh choices. Our group enjoyed fresh shrimp skewers, shrimp salad, Bolognese Pasta dish and Carbonara. Everyone was pleased with taste, temperature, service. Gluten free pasta available which for me is a plus. Had a reasonably sized parking lot which made it easier in Makawao where it's hard to find parking.
Decent Italian food and good service. My only complaint was that the restaurant was incredibly loud... to the point that we couldn't really talk during dinner because we couldn't hear each other, even sitting right next to each other.
They had live music - served indian and Italian foods. My husband had Shrimp coconut Curry and I had Chicken Curry with Basmati rice and Mango chutney !!!! It was outstanding - would recommend it very highly !!!
We only stopped for a quick bit to eat but our sandwiches were quite tasty, filling and enjoyable and not bad value so nothing to complain about, just what we were looking for.
We had sandwiches that were quite good (especially the tuna, try it with toast). The meatball sandwich was a bit bland. Overall nice place for lunch, we liked the laid-back style with quaint furniture and informal decorations.
