We were staying at the Pioneer (great hotel) and had 15% discount voucher for food, so decided to try their "tapas". Distinctly average and not worth repeating. Far better food to be had at Captain Jacks over the road
Popped in to the pioneer inn, as the building looked interesting. The staff were very unfriendly. Happy hour drinks pretty poor tasting. Would not bother again.
A light dinner for my friend and I, a couple of glasses of wine and a shared plate of nachos. Both items were average, not worth repeating, but the service ok.
Really like the open street, casual atmosphere of this restaurant. The food was excellent as was our waiter. Four of us each has different entree's and everyone was really pleased with the quality and amount of food. Local musical entertainment also made this an inviting...More

It's one of our "go to" places in Maui. Fantastic calamari. It's big chunks and so tender. Great Mai tais. Right across from the Lahaina pier. This is an old Inn from the whaling times. Good place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner right after...More
Had drinks & appetizers at this bar. Pretty nice staff, kind of a local hangout. Next day had nice acoustic band playing that sounded ok
We had a great lunch and drinks. The food was very good and service was right on point. Lunch was fresh and salads were cool not limp and warm. Sit out and watch the people go by with a cold drink.
Stopped here for a beer during happy hour. The beer was cold and the service excellent. It is close to the wharf so can't miss it.
