We stopped to have breakfast after a whale watching tour as it is directly across from the Lahaina harbor. French toast was great, macadamia nut pancakes were also very good. Country ham was thin and tasteless. Bacon was good but, hey, it's bacon!

We always came her for the Eggs Benedict, but this year they weren't up to par. Toast (English muffin) was hard and seemed stale. Not too much Hollandaise sauce either. Pancakes were great as usual. Just nothing special about this visit.

After our whale watching tour, we were starving so decided to stop at the closest place. At 11 am, they were still serving breakfast so that was our only option. Breakfast was good, but the side of pineapple was excellent. Nice atmosphere with the outside...More

It could have just been a bad day but we wandered in here after checking out the banyan tree looking for a drink and a bite of lunch. A rather indifferent bartender grudgingly served us a cocktail and we decided to eat elsewhere. It looks...More

Seat yourself at one of the indoor or outdoor tables and enjoy a good meal in this restaurant with great views out to the harbor. I needed something light before an early dinner on my first day in town, so I arrived at the start...More

Had a very good breakfast here before our whale tour. Not quite hungry? Share. Loved the huevos rancheros, French toast, and biscuits and gravy.

The weather in February and March is close to perfect -- shorts and sandals. It is our favorite time to visit primarily for the humpback whales.
I lived on Maui many, many years ago and would go to the Pioneer Inn for breakfast of fish and eggs and rice. Do you still offer this typical kamaaina kaw kaw?

Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour and Dinner at the historic Pioneer Inn Grill and Bar. Breakfast favorites include macadamia nut pancakes, loco moco and huevos rancheros in addition to healthy favorites like oatmeal or yogurt with fresh fruit. For lunch and dinner we offer the freshest fish, Maui grown burgers and steaks and a full range of small plates including hearts of Romaine caesar salad, seared ahi and kahlua pig sliders. The historic whalers saloon is the perfect place to watch the fishing boats come in with their catch while enjoying one of our Mai tais or another tropical favorite. We offer local draft beer and know that you will find our resident African gray parrot entertaining.
