This the best traditional Hawaiian food we had in maui. Cheap, fast and very casual. This is not a seat down place where you would take your wife's parents to impress, unless they care about nothing else than food.

Me and my wife came here from Kaanapali, it was a long beautiful drive capped off with a ridiculously good meal. I had the hamburger steak plate which was probably my best meal on the island, and we made sure to make all the stops. My wifes chicken tery plate was amazing too, judging by how much she ate. Definitely... More

If you're looking for local food at a great price, you need to try this place. The food is always great and affordable. Dinner for 2 came to $34.

Excellent bbq pork sandwich (my dad an i), and my brother loved the plate lunch. I'm still curious why macaroni potato salad is so popular around here, but I dig it. It's worth it-enough that it's worth going out of my way for.

We were in the area, and wanted to find a place for a quick local meal. We had heard great things about Da Kitchen, so we went to try it. We had fried noodles, loco moco, kalbi, Kahlua pork, teriyaki chicken, teriyaki beef, and chicken katsu. So ono!

We always stop in Da Kitchen when we arrive on Maui as it's so close to the airport and have not eaten because of a long plane trip from the east coast. We prefer the Kahului location to the Kihei Da Kitchen Express. Service is always friendly and portions are big. Go for any of the specials or local food... More

After a night out enjoying Maui brews, Da Kitchen serves up some fantastic boxes of island grub to take care of your drunchies. The portions are so generous, there's even enough for breakfast. A must for anyone who enjoys laid-back, late night food.

We were told about Da Kitchen by locals here in Maui. Even though we have been here yearly for 16 years, we never went until this trip. There is always a line-up but they are very efficient, TXT you when your table is ready and the estimate for a table is pretty good. The ambiance is fabulous, loud but people... More

The food is fabulous. Don't even bother with the regular menu, go straight for the 30 plus specials. Wish we would have found this place at the beginning of our vacation. The service is also excellent. You might have to wait a few minutes to get a table, but it's worth it!
