All of our meals had ono fish and it was delicious in them all... friendly people even though it was slammed. Makes Hana memories even better with tasty food. Thanks Pranee :)

Great authentic Thai food, very reasonably priced with large portions. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because my wife does not like spicy food, she asked for mild heat and it was still too hot for her to eat. I had the...“medium” drunken rice, which I would say was a 4/5 on the heat scaleMore

We were so glad to find that this place was open today on our drive along the Hana Highway - almost everything else was closed and we were getting a little frustrated until we happened upon this restaurant. The food is SO good - and...reasonably priced too. My husband and I both got the mahi mahi panang curry and my daughter got shrimp pad see ew (sp?). Both dishes were delicious and freshly cooked. At $16 and $17 the prices were good and the portions were large - I almost couldn’t finish mine. If you’re driving the road to Hana I highly recommend stopping here - you will not be disappointed.More

I’ve had the pleasure of sitting at the picnic tables at Pranee’s enjoying her pad Thai noodles. She is a very kind, hard-working woman and her staff creates authentic Thai food in a tropical setting. There are reviewers that think Pranee is their personal tour...guide. I hope people understand that there are certain things that are sacred in Hana and Pranee will not tell tourists directions to those sacred spots. She has her own reasons for not sharing that information. Plus, some of those destinations are illegal for tourists to visit. Please respect the customs of Hana, and indulge in Pranee’s delicious creations.More

We've lived here for years, and Pranee's is our favorite food truck in Hana ! She's a gifted Thai chef and the location can't be beat (across from the baseball park). The drunken Opakapaka is my personal favorite, although you can't go wrong with the...Special of the Day. PS - NO ethical person in Hana will give visitors directions to Kaihalulu Beach. The trail crosses private property and is downright dangerous-several tourists a year are injured or killed there.More

I was told the only vegetarian options on the menu would be a tofu pad thai or pad see ew. (Apparently none of the other dishes could be made with tofu?) When the dish came out, there were no wide pad see ew rice noodles...to speak of. More like thick and thin pad thai noodles. The whole dish was rather tasteless despite requesting it to be medium spicy. The red curry with crispy pork was apparently a lot better.More

We had the papaya salad, eggplant Tofu dish, ginger opakah. All were amazing. We will definitely be back. This was without a doubt the best & most reasonably priced meal we had on Maui.

I don’t know how Pranee was able to make such a delicious meal. The combination of flavor and texture provided for literally the best food I’ve had in years. So thankful to have found this place!

Hana; and Maui in general, are so overrated, inhospitable, racist and unaccommodating in every respect, it is amazing that anyone wastes the time or money going there any more. The Hotel Hana Maui is the only thing down there even remotely worth visiting, and that's...not saying a lot. It's old., musty, stale and nobody goes there because it's just a depressing shadow of it's former glory. Think Terra... after the Civil War. Don't bother. Save the time, money, aggravation and go to French Polynesia instead. Better service, scenery and people!More

Oh how we crave Pranee's Thai food. It truly is hard to describe, but as someone who has been blessed with eating Thai food all around the world, I can without a second thought, assure all readers, that this is the best. The very best....In all the world. Congratulations Pranee. Not only are you one of the sweetest people around, but you also are certainly one of the most talented. The food is mind blowing good. You don't want to leave. You forget everything else, even how long you have been there or how to get home. Your tummy just simply wants more. The drunken noodles are something you can't believe you get to experience. They make you shake your head and stamp your feet. With pure happiness. The crispy opaka with green mango salad...is something that you cannot believe someone could create with such incredible taste and texture and layers of flavors. The crunch and savory and then the sweet. What a heavenly combination! The red curry chicken... so good that you consider pouring it over your body. The pad Thai...superb. The Thai ice tea...perfect. The cleanliness... immaculate. The service...a delight. Cannot say enough how amazing Pranee's food is, how charming her setting is and how lucky you feel to sit in magical Hana and eat this quality of Thai food. Hana, you are so fortunate! Pranee's food is worth the drive to Hana, but yet there is so much to see on the journey, that without question - one must go. One MUST see what all the fuss is about!More
