We had one terrible experience yesterday at St. Regis. No past bad experiences. We were at the "living room" balcony for the sunset at around 6 pm. The lounge chairs are set mostly in pairs. I found one that is free and my kids sat...More

Went for sunset and drinks amazing views. It was pretty crowded as expected at this time of day but worth a visit not sure that the Mai Tai's were $16.00 worthy though. A must go to place if your in the Princeville area.

We ate dinner every night here because they have an outdoor terrace with spectacular views of hanelei bay and the sunset. The sushi and sashimi were outstanding though expensive . Would go here even if not staying at the hotel

The restaurant was a beautiful setting, with a fabulous view of the sunset. Wait staff were great and prices were not outrageous. Would go there again.

If your hungry late at night, this is the place at the St. Regis Hotel to eat. The sushi is amazing(not cheap) but delicious. Lounge on your own private couch and listen to a wonderful Hawaiian music and don't forget to tip the musician l.

Amazing sunset views, crafted cocktails, impeccable service, the Saint Regis Bar has it all. Expect to pay more, but the experience is well worth it.

To be honest, I don't know if escargot was on the menu since I wasn't looking for it. I do know that apple snails are causing a lot of problems in the local taro fields. Perhaps you could contact the family that grows taro... More

Not french, but the Executive Chef is Jean-Georges Vongerichten! So, I could understand why the OP asked this question. It's outstanding! Enjoy!
