Food was decent. Not great but not bad. It was your typical resort restaurant. Slightly overpriced, great service, mediocre food.

Dukes Barefoot, beach front bar is different from Dukes upstairs. Barefoot is laidback feel, incredible view, open for lunch, mid afternoon and dinner. Menu is wide selection of entree's being heavier on sandwiches, wraps and salads. Drinks and service amazing. Upstairs, again, magnificent view, A...More

Good and service was very good and convenient to the Marriott hotel. The prices are not cheap but I guess that's expected.

Good food, very nice staff, loved the view and history and photos of Duke, the famous surfer. Really nice band playing as we ate.

We have eaten at Duke's every time we go to Kauai, and that is probably 6 or 7 times over the last 10 years. It has always been a great experience, with fast, efficient service, excellent "bar food" and a beautiful view of the bay.

Very nice restaurant .... Great selection starting with the lower bar food and full scale restaurant upstairs. Great seafood specials and service. Overlooks the beach next to the Kauai Marriott. Would definitely include dining during your stay.

Island casual for the most part. Some people dressed up a little ( dress shorts and collared shirt) but not fancy dress by any means.

On the sand at Kalapaki Beach, Duke’s is dedicated to legendary surfer Duke Kahanamoku, Hawaii’s Ambassador of Aloha. The restaurant’s open-air design offers stunning, sweeping ocean views while the 30 foot waterfall plunges into a koi pond below that meanders through the tables. Enjoy a leisurely lunch, romantic dinner, or tropical cocktail in a fun, friendly atmosphere.
