The fish tacos here are some of the best I have ever had anywhere. I am sure the key is the fish is so fresh. The combo of the fish, sauce and whatever else they do to it just works. I crave them.

I often enjoy food truck meals to most other types of dining establishments. Chalupas did not disappoint. Great Mexican food in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. The chicken burrito was excellent.

Undoubtedly the best fish taco I have ever had. The key for me is super fresh fish, not breaded and fried, and not overly seasoned. Chalupa's nailed it!

My husband and I were pretty hungry after a full day out on the water. On the way back to our hotel we stopped at the chalupa food truck for some tacos. I had the chipotle chicken tacos and my husband had the fish tacos. Both were very good overall and a perfect way to celebrate cinco de mayo.

My husband had the fish burrito and I had a torta with pork (you can choose from pork, chicken, or beef) and this tasty little Mexican sandwich was the best I've ever had! (Also it was very filling) the prices are very reasonable, the staff are nice, they make the food to order so you wait a few minutes-very fresh!... More

This is a great little food truck behind the Old Koloa shopping center. It's bright green so you can't miss it. We all had the fish tacos. The fish was fresh caught so they do run out and are quite busy. Served on corn tortillas, with cabbage, salsa fresco and a great white chipotle sort of sauce. We had teenaged... More

This food truck is off the beaten path in old town Koloa. I stumbled upon it while turning around but recognized the name from the great reviews on here. So we changed our lunch plans and decided to check it out since it was right in front of us. I am so glad we did! I had the best fish... More

We had lunch - Went hiking - then stopped back in again for dinner before returning to our resort. Every one in our group voted to have dinner here because we weren't sure we'd be... More

Shrimp tacos to die for! Very good quality food for a fast food truck, quick and good value. We had lunch there, and went back 2 days later for dinner. The second time we arrived 5 minutes before closing and they'd run out of shrimp and beans. Get there early if you're going!!!
