Having never eaten at Romano’s on the mainland, we were not sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised. Prices were reasonable by Waikoloa standards, and the food was delicious. Salads were a la carte, Greens Salad and Bibb & Blue, with complimentary warm bread....More

We stayed in Waikoloa and went to this restaurant a few times due to convenience and friends who enjoyed the food. The appetizers were good and I would recommend the mac n' cheese bites for something different but the main courses were not very good....More

The food here is okay and you can get a table when you walk in. The service is good and you get what you pay for. There is no ocean view here. It's pretty much like eating at a restaurant near your home.

The water was fine, the waitress was great! The chicken in the Alfredo and in the Penne Rustica, came from a bag. Why in the neck would you ruin a perfectly good meal with frozen chicken? Wth

it was ok for a quick lunch when we arrived on our first day ... close to the grocery. Typical to the chain, nothing over the top but a nice lunch.

Nothing new and exciting about the restaurant but you can still expect the same good food and large portions as you would get at any other Macaroni Grill in the other States. It is loud and crowded but service was good and the wait staff...More

Hawaii and prices....Paradise has its price and you do have to pay to get food items to the Islands. That said, Romano's is good food and the price is cheaper than other restaurants. It is arguable not fine dining, but the... More
