We had lunch here recently during our time on the big island of Hawaii. The food was nothing exceptional but the people were friendly and the scenery was wonderful.

Nice course, not a fancy resort course, but not priced like a resort course either. A nice diversion if you're in Volcano for the few days.

There is no Restaurant nor Country Club but the course is magnificent! We live here and go often and bring others with us.. to us the best course this side of island.. Bring your own food and drinks and make a day of it...The greens are beautiful & the wildlife and trees take your breath away..It does rain @ 4pm... More

The restaurant has been closed for a few years now, big disappointment because we had lunch there in our previous visit to the Island and the food was great.

We have always loved going to the Volcano Golf and Country Club Restaurant even if we are not golfers. The views of the golf course, the cool weather, and the setting were so wonderful. We were planning to have an event and thought of this location but were disappointed to find out that they are no longer in business. A... More

Great value for golf as you can't beat the prices, they have clubs you can rent, and it is highly recommended to make a tee time. A must for at least 9 holes, great pro shop with great prices....who doesn't want a golf shirt from the Volcano Golf and Country Club? For those that don't want to play a visit... More

Wonderful country golf , easy to just walk on. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed so you should eat in Volcano town, 3 miles away.

The ham, eggs, and rice with hot coffee was great. Nice dining atmosphere, like a country inn, with large lit fireplace. Check out the close-by winery and try the free sample drinks, made from local fruits.

The restaurant is currently closed. The food wasn't too great. I understand the lessees lease is up, so who knows what is going to happen. So much potential there. I will change my review as events develop

Good price, great rental clubs, not much of a view of anything special but we had fun. Not pretentious - I didn't need a collared shirt, and they let a group of five go at a time. Could have been a problem but they let us play through. Good fun.
