There are not many restaurants to choose from in Lusk, but DON’T choose this one. Service was terrible and food was just as bad. They brought my food out before the rest of my family. About 10 minutes later, theirs showed up when I was...finished. We asked for lemons, then had to go to the counter some time later and ask the waitress again. When she finally brought them, she practically slammed them on the table. Most all of the food was pre-cooked frozen food from packages; not freshly made. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!!More

We found this by accident while passing thru the area. We always look for local restaurants when traveling and this was perfect. The service was a little slow, but the food was great. The portions were big enough for most appetites and the prices quite...reasonable.More

Super-clean restaurant, including the bathroom. Server Matthew P. Provided over-the-top efficient customer service and he has a kind and pleasant demeanor. We were finally say after standing for 15 minutes, many tables empty but not cleaned off. There sign says do not seat yourself especially at any unclean table. Once we were seated we waited 15 more minutes after two tables sat after us were already...waited on. We had to ask for a waitress to take our order. Meals came up for a family of 5 but two at a time with 5 minutes before the next one came out. We finally had our meal come up at the counter and our waitress waited 2 tables before delivering ours. The green chili was suppose to be on the side, it was not. She returned to the cook and he heated up a new tortilla and unrolled the other one to put the inside in the new tortilla, by then the hash browns were cold. Very disappointed. Seemed like the locals were treated differently then travelers stopping in. This restaurant had great reviews, but probably by locals.More

If you grew up in a small town, you will easily relate to this cafe. No nonsense, fast service, and busy! If you are vegan or gluten intolerant, pass in by, but if you like good old country food, this is the place.

My wife and I stopped here to eat lunch on our way through town. This is obviously the place where all of the locals go to eat. Always a good sign. This is a plain, local diner for a small town. The service was friendly...and good. The food was hot and good. The prices were reasonable. There was enough on the menu to be able to find something to eat. Very glad we stopped. Also not very many other places to stop and eat in Lusk. Would definitely eat here again.More
