I had dinner here and was impressed with the service and the cuisine. The range of offerings on the menu belied the relatively small space. The service was excellent and my meal was delicious

The food is delicious and carefully prepared in the open kitchen. The seating is snug, the atmosphere convivial. The service is always outstanding. Nice cocktails, a nice but not overwhelming selection of dishes. With a crowd, everyone can find something wonderful to eat here.
Wonderful ingredients, well prepared and unique dishes, and fantastic service make this the place we go for special occasions. Seating arrangements are a little tight, but the food is worth it!

We were pleasantly surprised by Trio. We have been to Jackson many times but had never heard of it before. We all enjoyed our meals. The risotto with mushrooms and flank steak was unreal and the prosciutto and arugula pizza was the best!
I had high expectations of this place but the food was dry. Not just mine but everyone I was with. Maybe it was just an "off" night? But, I left disappointed and hungry.
The menu here is sophisticated, with lots of variety and top quality ingredients. My fois gras appetizer was excellent, and a seafood special of grilled New Zealand sea bass with sunchokes and endive was also quite good, with perhaps a slightly too-sweet kumquat buerre blanc....More
Dishes excellently executed, staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I like to sit at the open kitchen/bar area. It's really cool to watch the staff and how hard they work together. Don't miss the wood oven fired smore (every bit made from scratch in house)...More
