Great subs. Reuben James might be my favorite. HOWEVER, I also liked the Natural Wonder, but they changed the spices about a few years ago when Foley made off with the spices. It's not just not the same, way too bland. I'd wish they'd bring back those spices.

Special sub place. Had read good reviews and was not disappointed. Service and quality of the subs and soup is really good! Very good price / quality. Will most certainly be back in the future when I am in the area!

Still the BEST sub sandwiches on the planet!!! I frequent the Layton ave. location. Always greeted by a super friendly staff. I take my son there when we are in the area (I live in Racine), We are always proud to wear our Suburpia T-Shirts and Caps, and it is always a special treat to eat!! Just like I remembered... More

I'm becoming a regular customer at this Suburpia! The service is always very friendly and the subs are as good as I remember them from back in the 70's. I'm now finding myself making it a point of returning at least weekly, if not more often, for my Miles Standish with light peppers "fix". I've also noticed many of the... More

Whenever my travels take me back to Milwaukee, I go to Suburpia whenever possible. The menu keeps evolving even if I don't......never had a bad choice there.

These subs are crazy good. I drive an hour each way just to get them. I usually get 5! I love the white house. It has double ham and turkey. And because I am that guy, I pay a buck and double the meat. It's fricking awesome that way. Don't be at all afraid to have them in the fridge... More

The guy at the Waukesha location was pissed at me about the double meat - Being "pissed" is not something that should of happened. What day and time did this happen? More

Back in the 70's, Suburbia was a fixture on the Marquette University Campus. We recently discovered a location in Wauwatosa, WI which was fairly near our travel routes. The Sandwiches, the smells in the shop, the decorating of the shop interior was a great time capsule visit back to our college days. The sandwiches were every bit as good as... More

I recently visited the area and could not wait to try one of these again...It was delicious and reminded me of my high school days. I was glad to find the ingredients are much healthier for all of us. The sandwich was just as great as I remember. I wish we had one in Oregon...

This sandwich today does not even compare to years ago. I am so very disappointed. The roast beef used to be my favorite sandwich in the 70's. I have tried it twice hoping it would get better. The oil mixture is not the same. Way different. Very sad. I will never go back.

We want people to be happy and we hope that you find your sandwich bliss someplace because we will NOT be using peanut oil like was done in the 1970's. You COULD obtain the sandwich bliss you seek by ordering the sandwich with no oil then go outside of our store and add your own peanut oil but if you... More
