Fun atmosphere, great food. Back to the 50's atmosphere with lots of memorabilia. Great sandwiches with homemade bread, desserts are excellent and the Tomato Bisque soup is very tasty. They cater to large groups also for meetings and such. The back patio has featured local high school Jazz groups and solo artists for a wonderful experience for families in a... More

After arriving to Sparta, Ginny's was recommended to us by a local friend. We decided to try it out and it has a cozy feel to it. We were greeted with a warm welcome and felt good. We are new arrivals to the local area and will definitely return. Thank you for your service and great food!

Not noticed when we came in and sat down. Had to go to counter to find out if there was waitstaff or if you ordered and then sat down. Young boy said didn't see us. Brought menues. Short on time we ordered 2 cups of soup, one breve' and one black coffee and mentioned we were short on time. 15... More

We stopped at Ginny's based on the good reviews. We went in and found a table, there was only one other couple in the restaurant, so lack of service was not due to them being crowded. We were never greeted, yet we saw the same 2 employees walk past us multiple times. After waiting for some time, I had to... More

Charming lunch spot with tasty food and interesting menu. Old-time country drug-store feel. Right in the middle of down-town.

From reading reviews we thought we'd see if Ginny's had espresso drinks. They did and they were very well prepared with just the right amount of foam and dark slightly burnt rich taste of the espresso underneath. The decor is a charming look at the past of the area. Other dessert looked delicious as well but we are big fans... More

Had a great meal at Ginny's on our ride from Lacrosse to Sparta. Good location to park your bike and worth the ride into town for a lunch. Great sandwiches and the shake was a step back in time. Yum.

The people are going beyond expectations . The company they offer customers while eating or enjoying the famous shakes or other ice cream treats is very important and they do it right . The only thing missing is having a guest house or motel with the same treatment and they're going to rule the world .
