Ok, if you can get past the goats on the roof, there is so much more to this restaurant. Lightning fast, efficient, friendly service. These guys have a fast pace but you never feel rushed. The waitstaff get a workout maneuvering tight spaces but do...More

We had dinner at Al Johnsons, I ordered the Hering appetiser and my wife ordered the beef tips with potto and onions. Both dishes were great. The Herring was listed as home made and had a great taste

I was so grateful that Goat was on the roof and not on the menu. We had pancakes and fresh fruit, delicious coffee, and of course the feast for the eyes was Goat. I side trip to the shop provided gifts for the grand kids....More

First of all, can you skip a restaurant with goats grazing on the roof? Certainly not! We did hear this restaurant would be very crowded, so we stopped in at 8 am, and while there was already a crowd, we were immediately seated. As we...More

Wait Staff was in each other's way, food was so so and they were sweeping during our meal around our table area. Food seemed institutional & boring. Time for an updated menu and atmosphere.

The first time we ate here, the hostess was so child unfriendly that I said I would never go back. I am glad we gave it another chance because food was great and KC was a super waitress.

Real Swedish food in the The Goats on the Roof Restaurant. Sadly, no goats up there today. Too hot! The food however, was delicious and authentic.

Great family restaurant that we always make time for regardless of the length of our stays. The food is great, service typically is outstanding and friendly and the price reasonable. The goats on the grass roof of the building are usually a big attraction in...More

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times in the past, and we always seem to come back again, so maybe three stars is too low. The food was good-we both had the pancake special (thin pancakes, eggs, and Swedish meatballs for us)....More
