We stopped in with family for the all-you-can-eat Friday fish fry. The place was packed, and I totally understand why. This isn't health food, but it's good old fashioned traditional fish fry. The potato pancakes we're delicious, and the fish has a pretty light breading on it. The coleslaw is pretty bland, but everything else made up for it!

I'm a regular here, whether eating alone or with friends and family. They earned my trust through consistency, quality, and friendliness. A true word of mouth "hole-in-the-wall" kind of place, they offer a great breakfast at a great price. Try "Cliff's Super Special" - the inexpensive 2 eggs, sausage or bacon, toast, and potato in town. And get the potato... More

I have heard the number 1 rated fish fry in Racine but have yet to try it. I have however had the breakfast several times and it is outstanding. This is a VERY small place so be prepared for a possible wait to be seated!!!!

Plus side: the fish fry. Minus side: so small, you have to wait (outside usually) for a table and it's best not to linger so someone else can sit. Casual place with a friendly owner.

The first time I visited here. Right when I walked in I smelt ''fishy'' smell. The fish I ordered was VERY greasy. The place is very ''cozy'' and small but I will give them another chance. I want to return and try their ''famous'' potato Pancakes.

Best breakfast!!! They are known for their potato pancakes which are out of this world. Just like grandma use to make. Have to make it back and try their Friday night fish fry.

Great for breakfast and lunch as well as fish fry dinner on Friday night. Famous for their potato pancakes. Can be busy and a line sometimes forms outside. Crowded, noisy, friendly, and kind to your budget.

This was one of the best stops we made in Racine. This tiny family run restaurant did not disappoint. The food was fresh, cooked to order and delicious. We loved their potato pancakes, just like Dad used to make. Can't wait to go back.

Simply the best. Sites of slaw and secret recipe potatoe pancakes make the wait worth it. Seating is very limited but Cliff's has a huge following.

Reminds me of a fish fry from the 1960's when my family would go out every Friday. Excellent service and great food!
