Stayed for the Brat. First off, let's be honest, it's a college sport bar. It was loud, middle of the day, full of lacrosse fans, but perfect. The beer was good (local, dark), the curds were good (though not squeaky enough to indicate freshness) and...More

I was in town for business on a Monday night and needed a comfortable place to dine alone. The review of this place looked promising and I wasn't disappointed. Not too crowded (it was a Monday), not too noisy. Quick friendly service. Good prices, tasty...More

I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday night during a Wisconsin badger football game. The place was hopping. The food was great. Lots of beer to choose from. Service was fast and friendly. Menu was unique for bar food. I would definitely come back.

This place is clearly an institution for the city. It was packed on the bottom floor so we went upstairs for some brats and beers. I guess it was 2 for 1 beer, sweet, so we each had a few and ordered some brats. They...More

Don't let the dive bar appearance fool you. This is a good resto with a lively bar scene. The Brats are the best I have had aside from ones I have eaten while in Austria and Germany. The fried cheese curds are a real treat!...More

This place was a treat. I walked by and initially thought that it looked too crowded and returned to my hotel. The desk clerk did however convinced me that it would be the best available food in the neighborhood on a Sunday evening. The bar...More

Good bratwurst and all of the variations you'd expect. I tried a limited sample and thought the price was a bit high for what you get. The ambiance perfectly matches the food.

We stopped in and got an immediate table upstairs. The service was quick and friendly. The Brats were good and tasty, but the star of lunch were the Fried Cheese Curds.

I was flying solo, but looking for something good, local, and fairly quick. The Milwaukee Brat House was recommended as a place to go for a causal place to eat, drink and socialize. The staff was friendly and they knew their menu. Lexi recommended the...More

I've only been here around a Milwaukee Brewers game and at that time it is was no question a bar. I was not comfortable having my 14 and 16 year kids there.

We ate at the open front widow table. Great spot and looks like it could fit several people. They have exterior, (Street) tables as well if you don't want to get into the "BAR" area. Everyone seemed nice there. We were there... More
