Heading out for lunch I had a craving for pasta. The first place that came to mind was Blue Heron. I recall the many choices of delicious pasta dishes. I could not esist the Cajun Pasta choice. Excellent

Ziggy, Thanks for your comments regarding our excellent pasta dishes. My favorite is the Adult Mac and Cheese but I am glad you mentioned the Cajun Pasta. Whatever you crave the BrewPub has something to satisfy your taste. Thanks again, PM, Owner

I went here in August and the food was the worst. The burger was overcooked and rock hard. The server never came back to ask how the food was and non of the three women working had on name tags so I have no way...More

Wow! I am sorry to hear of your experience at the BrewPub! I just wish I had known about this sooner than 3-4 months after it occurred. I would have been better able to gather pertinent details about your specific experience. That said, we live...More

Walked in to hear Haley Reinhart singing, so we knew we were "with our people". Wisconsin salad was good, but had a very rich smoked salmon on it. Be sure to read the menu carefully. The pesto chicken sandwich was perfect. Home made chips were...More

Roger, thanks for your comments regarding your recent experience at Oven above the Pub. It is difficult trying to coordinate service from Oven (pizza) and service from downstairs (prime ribs) but we do apologize for the cold pizza (that maybe okay the morning after but...More

Maggie B, just got home and read your evaluation of your recent visit. People expect two things when they visit any eating establishment--good service and good food! Getting it only 50% right is not acceptable. Later today I will be sitting down with out FOH...More

They try and get all of their supplies as local as they can. I appreciate they have a few Vegetarian options because it is a smaller town. Everything is made from scratch and the atmosphere is relaxed.More

Blue Heron BrewPub and The Oven above the Pub offer two distinct dining environments. Downstairs the BrewPub offers a casual, comfortable eating environment with a variety of foods prepared from "scratch". The menu changes frequently and can be viewed on our website. Upstairs at The Oven above the Pub, the menu features items prepared in a Forno Bravo brick oven located within the dining area. Customers my order then watch their food being prepared. The menu items include appetizers, flatbreads, salads, and iron skillet entrees. Both areas can prepare food for individuals with dietary preferences. All tap beers are brewed in our own brewery and available both upstairs and downstairs. Flagship brews include Honey Blonde, Tiger's Eye, Hop Heart IPA and Loch Ness Scotch Ale. Six additional brews assure that anyone should be able to find a quaffable libation. An elevator serves all levels of the building for those requiring assistance.
Blue Heron BrewPub is open from 11:00 AM til Close and Oven above the Pub is open from 5:00 PM til Close. Both restaurants are closed Sunday.
