Love their Pizza

Upper Crust Pizza is a go-to-spot for anyone who loves great food and even better dining experience. They offer a variety of menu options; we always go for their delicious pizzas. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they always treat customers with friendly and great service. I wish their location was in Lake Geneva! Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for great food/pizza.

Outstanding pizza , great delivery or eat in.

First, the pizza. They have a great selection -something for everyone. We’re traditional and love thin crispy crust with traditional toppings. Theirs is incredible. I keep saying we’ll try some of the more unusual types, but somehow we always go back to our favorites. Ice cold beer and your on pizza paradise. Delivery is fast and pie comes hot!

Wait for the good food

A group of us went for dinner craving their pizzas and got their on the early side. The place quickly filled up and service was slow. But, I hear everything is cooked from scratch and to expect slowness. Anyway, the food was good - we had 3 different kinds of pizzas and chicken tenders and some appetizers too.

The place ain’t worth going to anymore drove 1 hr they forgot our apertizer ordered 2 pizza one pizza only put about 8 mushrooms on hole pizza & both pizza had barely half the cheese on it that it use too owner said it’s the same amount see pictures not the same

Best pizza in the 100 mile area.Very friendly wait staff. Good selection of local beers. Also have other pasta meals. Homemade bread for sale if you get there early. Decor on the ceiling keeps your attention while waiting for your order. Just a short drive south from Lake Geneva.

Best pizza in town

Family friendly, clean, great service,fun environment and the best part of upper crust is the pizza! Our family favorite is the Sicilian style! No other pizza compares from the entire lake Geneva area. There is also a great menu with many other sandwiches and salads. Overall very good food.

Unique atmosphere somewhat like Portillo’s decor

I met with some friends recently, and it had been a long time since my last visit. You can’t beat the service, and the friendliness of the staff. They have an interesting number of different pizzas. We chose the Sicilian cheese and sausage and enjoyed it, but keep in mind this is a deep dish and a lot of bread.

Excellent Pizza for Large Family Group!

We recently ate an early dinner at Upper Crust near Pell Lake/Genoa City on a Friday with a large group of 12 family members. My uncle was in the area from Hawaii, and this was the last full day he had with us, as his flight home was headed out on Saturday. We asked him where he wanted to go for his last meal with us on this visit, and he really wanted pizza somewhere. We had never been to Upper Crust, but we had always heard good things about it, so this is where we decided to go. We decided to have an early dinner because my uncle's flight was rather early the next morning, and he wanted to be able to get to bed early. We saw that they do not open until 4:00 on Friday afternoon, but we all arrived by about 3:45, thinking that we would just need to wait until they opened. However, they graciously opened early just for us, and we were immediately seated at several tables they pushed together for us. We actually ended up ordering about 5 pizzas in various sizes because there were different preferences among our group. My cousin had her 2 younger kids with us, and they opted to order spaghetti and a shrimp basket; both enjoyed their food. The pizzas were all very good for us adults, and I tried 4 out of the 5. I liked every one I tried! We had gotten a cheeseburger pizza that was great, as well as a "garbage" (supreme/deluxe), Sicilian pizza, and Chicago pizza. These were all great varieties. We also got a BBQ Chicken pizza, which I did not try, but everyone was raving about that one, too! No one left feeling hungry, that's for sure! We also each got lots of leftovers to take home. The pizzas were all very good, and they were out quicker than we expected. We enjoyed a round of beers to start the meal, too, and our server did a great job with such a large group. Since it was so early, there were very few other customers dining here yet, and the waitress checked in with good frequency. We were wrapping it up by about 5:30, and the waitress never made us feel rushed as we conversed. We would definitely return to Upper Crust, as it was very good pizza. This was a fun meal for my uncle's last day here on this visit, and I would recommend Upper Crust to anyone!

Date night. Tried a new place

Disappointed. Pizza was bland, service was slow, AND CASH ONLY!! They should have a sign at the table saying cash only. Their ATM has a $2 fee and my bank charges a $3 non-"my bank" withdrawal. Just a bad experience. Our first trip and our last. For better pizza, better service, and the perk of several payment options, head up to Next Door Pub in Lake Geneva.

Something Has Changed

After not eating at Upper-Crust for some time we went recently for dinner and we were disappointed. The pizza tasted bland - not at all how we remembered. Also thought it was fairly pricey. Spoke to some friends afterward who had the same impression. Too bad.

Great pizza, but bring cash!

The pizza was awesome, and so was the service. My only disappointment was that they only accept cash. Yes...an ATM on site, but if you walk in the door with just a credit card (not a debit card), it makes it a little difficult to pay.

This has been our go-to pizza place for years but not sure anymore.

Me and my family have been coming here for years but things have changed, and not for the better. We've had 2 issues in the past 2 times. 1. We had dinner there 2 weeks ago. As a prior reviewer stated, the Pizza was tasteless and crust was different. There was very little pizza sauce which made it bland. I told our waitress and she brought it to her boss. Her boss asked if we would accept a bowl of pizza sauce on the side to dip the pizza in.... WHAT?! Seriously? Our poor waitress was so embarrassed. I respectfully declined the side of sauce and they made a new pizza. It was better but the crust was still different. 2. Tonight we ordered takeout (delivery). It took over an hour for our food to get here. I called and the woman who answered said our food was on its way. I said we called over an hour ago, and her response was "I know". No explanation, no apology. Food was good but pizza crust is still not the original. It's hard to find good restaurants in this area so I hope they see the reviews and do something about the issues they're having. If not, it's back to searching for a new pizza place.
