You can walk into hundreds of bars in Wisconsin and get a beer and a burger. What you can’t always get is good, friendly service. We found good friendly service when we stopped for a beer and some cheese curds on a Saturday afternoon. I...can only speak to the cheese curds, as we did not order any other food, they were good and reasonably priced. I included pictures of the menu. The tap beer was very reasonably priced and they had a decent selection. The bar has been around for about 50 years and the new owner took over about 2 years ago. Check out the pictures, there is a long narrow bar as well as the traditional bar area around the beer taps and bottles. They have a few dining tables away from the bar area, and a couple of lazy boy type chairs. They have a pool table and some seating in the back, as well as outdoor seating. The place seemed to be clean (including the rest rooms) and both employees kept their masks on the entire time were were there. This bar is certainly worth stopping at to have a beer and lunch if you are in the area.More
