Sooooo, the Steakhouse Burger was very good. The Beef Filet salad was very large with mediocre steak. Table bread was great, Goat Cheese Balls were great!!!!! Service was ok, not many answers to a few of our questions. The Filet at the table beside ours looked amazing along with a few other meals we saw walk by. Would revisit.

My friend alexis referred us to this restaurant. As we were in town we decided to give it a try. When we entered we noticed a quiet little restaurant with a few couples seated. We were seated in a short amount of time and were given drinks quickly. In speaking with our waitress she was very knowledgeable about the food... More

We were "on the road" from Canada to Florida, and happened to stop in the small town of Weston for an overnight stay. We checked the reviews and decided to eat at "Thyme Bistro". No regrets! Flawless service, thanks to our server Jennifer, and excellent food. We ordered the filet mignon, and they were comparable to the best steaks we... More

Completely wonderful meal and worth every penny! The Parmesan Potato Crusted Salmon and the Crab Stuffed Portobello special were amazing. We left feeling content and completely satisfied.

At the end of a long drive, this restaurant on a side street in Weston was a welcome oasis of good food and excellent service. Owner/server was a pleasure to deal with. Her wine and food recommendations were spot-on. I would go back here anytime.

The food on other's plate looked good but the "music" was painfully loud. We asked (four times!) the awful music (local radio station) to be turned down. The staff took our order but never turned the music down. We then told the waiitress we needed to leave because we could no longer tolerate the racket. She apologized (without turning the... More

Dark inside, pleasant wall hangings and decor, sweet waitress with quick help, wonderful chicken and biscuits and gravy. A great quick lunch in a hidden spot in the middle of town.

While visiting Appalachian Glassworks, we ask for a lunch recommendation, and we're told that "the Thyme Bistro may not look like much on the outside, but food is incredible ". One of the best recommendations we received, as the food and service were awesome!

Don’t be put off by the wrong side of the tracks situation. Or the dark “atmosphere.” Or, in our case, the lack of an appropriate wine list. Go for the food. We didn’t have too much (light eaters), but the pork shank was superb…crispy on the outside and unctuous on the inside…I’m having a relatively moist dream just thinking about... More
