First of all, get beer bread. I didn't know what beer bread was but it seemed every review recommended it and it was cheap ($2 something) so I added it to my order. It was delish!! Sweet but not to sweet, crispy/moist/chewy at the same time. My family all loved it. I got the pizza, my husband got lambchops. Both were great, portions were generous so we boxed the pizza and had them for lunch the next day which was still great :) Every other table seemed to have salads as well, so probably salads are good too. Beer was excellent (better than the shops in Leavenworth), and live music too! We were there with a toddler, and she was given crayons and home-made playdough which I thought was an excellent touch. We were on a trip to Leavenworth, but if we visit again, we would stay at Wenatchee and get dinner and lunch at McGlinns :)

So, we stopped McGlinns for an evening dinner around 5:30, the place was packed and it was odd that the there really wasn't a hostess to take our name, we had to ask and even though there was a large crowd waiting, we were seated before most of the people waiting, it could of been they were looking for a larger table. either way, we were seated, drinks came and we ordered dinner, it didn't take long considering how packed it was. I found the food very good, With the name of McGlinn's I thought for sure it would of been an Irish pub fare, but it wasn't, they had a good variety of food and a lot of families were there with youngsters.

Almost didn't make it to our favorite Wenatchee eatery as their website made it sound like it was take out only. Drove by anyway and saw the patio warmers were going so stopped and grabbed a table quick in the little funky outdoor patio and boy, were we glad we did! One person seated us and another person appeared out of nowhere with blankets, seat warmers and hot water bottles! What a lovely idea. Ordered my favorite pizza Beet My Goat and our server asked if we'd like to sample a drink so I asked for the Pink Heart Cider. She brought out two little tasting cups - one with the cider and the other with the cider in slushee form. Yum to both! It was hard to decide, but I went with the more liquid form. The slushee seems like a nice dessert (they add honey) or really refreshing after a long, hot hike. My husband ordered the Wild Mushroom pizza and Bodhizafa IPA on tap. We briefly considered that maybe it all tasted like food from the gods because we are deprived and this was only our third time eating out since lockdown last March, but decided no, this is just fine food! Finished off with a large slice of German chocolate cake, also delicious, but the topping with toasted walnuts was definitely the icing... Between super friendly & attentive server Megan, the blankets and other warming devices, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the amazing food and drinks, this was an incredible experience. And a bargain. Going back soon 👍

As a non-red meat eater, I'm acutely aware of the unmistakable smell and taste of it! I ordered a salad to have prior to my salmon entree', based upon the menu description. Once I took a bite, I realized that the salad contained bacon. In shock, I mentioned it to our server. She said no, there was no bacon in that salad, and that what I showed her were mushrooms. ?!?!?!?! When I sent the salad back and asked for another vegetable side dish, she shrugged and stated, "mandarin oranges?". ?!?!?!? After a few attempts at really terrible vegetable side dishes, I asked about the mushrooms. She then stated that she'd have to charge extra for them. So I replied that I'd expect NO extra charge for them, she said, defensively I might add, that she'd have to get approval from the manager. Suffice it to say, I'll never visit this place again, and warn ANYONE who isn't an omnivore to also stay far away.

This place had great reviews so we decided to check it out. Our visit was rather disappointing. Lots of cool and interesting items on the walls and our server was very friendly and helpful. I was in the mood for a Guinness Stout but I was informed that their Guinness tap "just quick working". We decided to share a pizza. The sausage was so spicy that it just ruined the rest of the pizza. To be honest, it was a bit under-cooked and mushy anyway. We were bummed. We were hoping for a nice dinning experience.

While on a family trip we decided to try this restaurant out hoping we were safe that it recieved an overall 4 1/2 stars on Trip advisor. The service was lil pushy and the food was awful! I had the southwest chicken salad but had to remove the chicken since it looked like low grade mystery meat with gristle. My daughter ordered a kids cheese pizza that seemed to have very little cheese. We asked for some parmesean, which is a normal topping for pizza and were charged for it. Although it was only a buck, one shouldn't be charged for that when you order a pizza. Overall we blew 80 bucks in here for over priced crap. Perhaps it was a bad night, it was really busy but the food sucked!

We loved this place! What a surprise! Incredible bottomless salads with everything in them. Great pizzas. And our server was incredible! She gave us amazing tips and pointers. Our whole family enjoyed everything we ate here. And the warm beer bread with honey butter that was brought out at the beginning was the icing on the cake.

Excellent atmosphere, servers are first rate, good selection of micro brews wine. Ordered a rib eye came perfect great vision by chefs with regard to side dish’s. I have been here numerous times on ski trips to Mission Ridge and just passing through. Never disappointed.

Lamb burger with tiziki was fantastic, comes with pickled onion and cucumber. Nice flavor without being overwhelmed by lamb. The sandwich comes with fresh potato chips that are hot when they come to the table. House salad was very good, fresh jicima and the dressing was a sweet sesame that was good without being overly sweet. Dessert: German chocolate cake with house made whip cream. Yummy. Definitely will be back.

This is a cute and inviting place with good outdoor seating. The service is fine, nothing spectacular. We ordered the wedge salad and the veggie burger. The salad was just okay with somewhat odd ingredients that made me think they were trying too hard to be clever. The burger was visually off-putting and I actually couldn't finish it because of that. Oh, well, we needed a quick lunch and that's what we got. I also got a terrible stomachache later. Ugh.

Long wait wasn't worth it. There were 4 adults and 2 children on our visit. We were seated at a table that had other people seated at it as well. Not family style restaurant. Service was extremely slow and the food was average at best. We won't be visiting there again.

I ordered a superfood salad which contains kale, beets, goat cheese, nuts, etc. The service was good but not the salad. The bowl contained a lot of very large kale leaves with stems 3-5" long and beets that were so tough and woody you couldn't eat them. The kale was very tough and hard to cut so I left more than a half bowl of kale and beets. The dressing was very tasty so a little attention to the condition of the kale and beets would have made this an excellent salad. I would not order this again. I gave this a low value rating because of the kale and beets but if they change that, the rating could be higher.

The ambiance is fun, lively. It feels like a party sprouted out of the side of the building, there are plants everywhere. Service is fabulous and friendly. Trust me, save room for dessert! The unique toppings are a pleasant surprise! The desserts are luscious, try the key lime cheesecake. Super yummy!

Without a doubt this was the best dining experience while traveling the Pacific NW in October 2022. As we walked in, we were greeted by the aroma of hamburgers grilling. As we looked around, we saw many patrons enjoying pizzas of various kinds. However, my wife ordered a sandwich which was excellent while I ordered a salad with smoked salmon, also excellent. We truly enjoyed dining at McGlinn's which is just up the street from the local Public Market.

There are a lot of eateries near downtown Wenatchee, McGlinn's remains one of my favorites. A long narrow restaurant with an ample bar and an outdoor seating area, McGlinn's is in the heart of downtown just up from Wenatchee Ave. Parking appears to be on the street unless you can snag one in the adjacent bank lot. We arrived at about 5;45PM on a Saturday night and the place was buzzing. Despite that, we were seated at a table for 2 without delay. The wait staff was friendly and efficient, the food exceptional and delivered in a timely fashion exactly as ordered. I've been to McGlinn's before, and I'll come back again, and again. Wonderful place for couples, singles, or family.
