While enjoying the Christmas festivities in Leavenworth, WA we asked the locals 'where's a good place to eat'? The reply was 'you've got to try Visconti's Italian Restaurant. We told them that we were staying in Wenatchee - twenty miles away. They said that there is also another one located there and that the food was just as good. They were right. Reservations are highly recommended, without one, our party waited 45 minutes for a table. It was worth the wait. The food was exceptional as was the service. The menu is extensive as are the choices of wines. Would I go back again? I certainly would! Expect a dinner to cost somewhere between $15-30 per meal excluding drinks. The atmosphere is a taste of old Italian hospitality.

Menu was extensive with seafood, steak, lamb, pasta. Salad ordered with meal only added $4 to the price of the meal. Nice selection of wines by glass or bottle. We went on Valentine's Day and it was packed. Despite this, the service was excellent and we did not feel rushed. Very nice experience. Strongly recommend reservations.

First the food: wow! The blue cheese dressing was homemade and excellent in the fresh garden salad. The olive oil/garlic/olive bread dip was delicious! I ordered the special morel sauce and four cheese ravioli. OMG! The sauce was plate licking good! I added shrimp and they were just perfect. They made special arrangements for my daughter: adding brocoli to her linguini (minus mushrooms) and she loved it . We arrived at 8:15 on a busy Saturday night. The waitress was not rushed, explained the specials, new all the details about each dish we inquired about: nuisance of herbs used and how it was prepared. and was fluent in the extensive wine list. The service was superb: my water glass was never empty, and I did not notice them refilling it. The ambience is very Italian: close tables and people laughing and enjoying meal time. The espresso at the meal end was real European in taste and temp. It was about 10pm when we were leaving and a late table arrived an hour after they were “closed”: what did they do? They sat the four people and started treating them to excellent food and service. Wow! That was a special moment. I cannot recommend this restaurant higher.

Fair to average service. Overpriced, poor quality food. My pork chops had fairly decent flavour but were very, very tough. By the time a waiter finally came by to ask how things were I was about half finished with my meal. He didn't seem to be that all concerned about my tough pork chops. One waiter spilled bread oil on the table cloth and silverware when putting it on the table. Had to ask for a second cup of coffee. Not the kinds of things one expects for a high priced meal. An overall disappointing dining experience for me.

Had dinner there on Saturday, June 27th on vacation from Seattle Seated right away and ordered Chicken Marsala which was not on the menu. My cousin ordered a chicken dish and with lemon sauce and they brought her a crab dish. Told the hostess and she said that that's what she had ordered. My Marsala chicken was covered in brown gravy and mushrooms tasted like packaged gravy, full of salt and pasta swimming in miilk. I complained and sent me home with another mistake that was pounded out chicken breaded and burnt around the edges with arugala on top tomato slice and lemon wedge.I ended up throwing the whole mess away. The Server was great but the Hostess ruined it for me. She kept trying to troubleshoot and cover up for the Chef. Terrible. Will never go back.

I had the ribeye and regretted it. I ordered it medium rare and got something slightly pink on the middle - way overcooked to my taste and that made it really tough. The veggies were mushy. I give it a three because the service was very good and the wine selection good as well.

OMG! I have never had such horrible food in my life. I got suck off a sandwich. It didn't taste good, a sandwich that I ate. I gave part of it to my dog. We both got sick. I looked at the other half of the sandwich. It was freezer burnt meat with freezer ice still on it. Yesterday we got lasagna. The meat in it was week old left over meatballs. My friends had no meatballs but a slice of nasty freezer burnt meat. They get $25 a Fay per person to supply our group with food. They dump their leftovers and nasty old freezer crap on us. This should a criminal offense. My DOG threw it back up. Think about that. Shut this place down. 4 1/2 stars my arse.

This is our local favorite family dinner place when we’re wanting Italian food. My daughter’s favorite dish is the ravioli, my husband and son like their spaghetti and meatballs, and I love their spinach salad with hot bacon dressing. We all enjoy the spumoni ice cream!

We are new transplants to Wenatchee as of 6 months ago. Fourth visit to Visconti’s and all prior visits were wonderful. Food is really good, especially for Wenatchee. But, tonight, service was abysmal. I hope it was just our server’s first night! But, our reservation was at 6:45 and we didn’t leave until 9:00, with kids under 12! They forgot our appetizer. Then, not enough pizza dough for both kids’ pizzas- dinner delayed. Then, 20 minutes later, brought out the wrong entrees for my husband and I. Another 30 minutes (at least) to get the right entrees (imagine how the kids are feeling at this point!) The food was still excellent and the waitstaff were very apologetic but I could easily have made a 5 star dinner in half the time at home. I sure hope they step their game up, because tonight was strongly persuading me away from ever eating at a restaurant again.

Our dining experience was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Our Server, Sydney, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, the extensive wine list, as well as the area. She and the rest of the wait staff really made for a memorable experience. We had the charcuterie, veal chop and seared ahi tuna with a great bottle of wine.

Visconti's is a Wenatchee landmark. It is true italian food. It used to be a must see when in the area. However, over the last several years, the menu has declined and the prices have increased. To the point where it's not on my list anymore. It's disappointing as they used to be such a great place to go.

We went to this restaurant based on the reviews. We were immediately greeted by James (bartender) very friendly, personable and welcoming. If James hadn't greeted us, we would of been ignored. James had to tell someone to help us and seat us. Luckily James was our waiter too. He did a phenomal job at asking us questions, inquiring what we liked, offered suggestions. My husband ordered a glass of wine recommended by James it was excellent. We had the Pork chop with Mushroom Risoto and Garlic Prawns with potatoes they were absolutely delicious. Needless to say the rest of the staff/employees were not impressive, in fact seemed to ignore, not friendly or welcoming. Only reason we stayed was because of James. Food is very good.

Hello Voyager, I am so sorry to hear your experience with my staff came across unfriendly besides James. I will address them tonight, we have been very short staffed so possibly it was just busy and trying to get to everything. I would love to invite you back and experience the great staff I know they can be :) Can you send me your address and I would love to send you a gift card. Thank you, Samantha Townsend General Manager 509-885-2367

Our family of 4 took a mini trip to Wenatchee for an evening of Spring Break. We went to Visconti's for dinner and everything was wonderful. Had a NW charcuterie board and it was absolutely delicious, house made salamis, a beautiful white cheddar cheese, we all enjoyed it. Love the bread service with seasoned oil. Our dinners were fantastic, I had the special which was a 4 cheese ravioli, with crispy prosciutto, spinach, tomato and butter sauce. Our service was excellent and we will be back again.

Service was spotty- not sure if it was because we sat outside or if they were just busy. However, everyone was very nice and friendly when you had their attention. Appetizers were good. Mains were well cooked (salmon and pastas). We would eat here again.

Nicely decorated interior with very friendly service. We got the house made gnocchi with chicken, pancetta, and red bell peppers. That was delicious. Also got the special: large prawns and asparagus over pasta (in a red sauce). They were actual prawns, not shrimps some restaurants are passing as "prawns" now a days. Also got a mocktail. The bread and olive oil dipping were complimentary. Prices are moderate, pretty typical for the fares offered.
