Really good food, friendly and fast service. Ordered the rhubarb waffle and it was delicious. Husband's breakfast came with mango chutney and it was also very good. The table tops had maps of the area from the 40s that were fun to look at it....More

My favorites are anything with salmon and the vegetable saute with a choice of polenta or tofu or often, black beans. You can sit in this downhome cozy restaurant and look out over the boats moored at the marina. Sometimes otters swim around them.

We happen to love great food. I know this is a well loved restaurant in PT, but we find it ordinary at best. My scrambled eggs were simply whipped and placed on a griddle in a pancake like fashion. Not bad food, just nothing great.

Stopped in for lunch, I had crab cakes, light, fluffy, very tasty with grilled potatoes. Wife had a delicious lemon chicken soup and salad. Great food, great service, little noisy.

Your standard diner fare; pancakes the size of dinner plates, fried eggs and lots of bacon for a serving. Big portions at fare prices, nothing remarkable but nothing negative either. It's a good place for quick, hearty standard breakfast
