This is one of the great sandwich shops in Olympia. It's been on 5th Avenue for a number of years and is a favorite. You can take the free Dash shuttle on Capitol Avenue and get off at 5th Ave. The restaurant is just a half a block east.

This otherwise diner-like sandwich shop has a great staff who build custom sandwiches to your order while you wait. Most of the regular lunch crowd are older, but this is a place which does a brisk business in drive up and to go sandwiches for folks with tight lunch hours. Great service at the counter AND the window, a rarity... More

If you have time and want to relax over lunch with a good sandwich this is your place. Prices are good and the menu has lots of different items to choose from. I have had several different sandwiches in the past year and they have all been tasty. Staff are very friendly and food comes out pretty quick which makes... More

The Ruben is the best in town by my standards. The mushroom burgers are also very good. They have another restaurant called 5th on 4th with almost all the same food.

Consistently good food here! Homemade breads and desserts! Warm, family type atmosphere. Last here to celebrate two friends birthdays. When we informed the wait staff, they told us they each got a piece of pie-free!

Great Sandwich shop in downtown Olympia. It is only open for lunch. Most sandwiches are big enough for two to share. My last visit, I had the egg salad, which was almost perfect. If it had a slice of tomato, it would have been perfect. They have a nice selection of pies, cookies, and cakes, which change from time to... More

One sandwich is enough or two seniors . Really great sandwiches, and fries are terrific. Go early place gets filled early.

Would not have looked twice if I hadn't read reviews and it was great. Homemade chicken noodle soup and Reuben sandwich which my husband and i split, planning to have dessert (which looked wonderful) but were too full even sharing.

House made bread piled with tender meat. Portions generous enough to share. Huge sodas. No one can accuse this deli of skimping on portions. We stopped in for lunch on a rainy Saturday and were absolutely delighted. We left stuffed and happy, carrying our bag of leftover sandwiches. A true old-fashioned deli. Downtown Olympia is a delight, and 5th Avenue... More
