Adam's bistro was absolutely fantastic. Probably one of the best meals we have had in the last two years. The food was delicious, brewery beers were great and the service was fantastic. Everyone around us was talking about how their meals were so good. The best Pork Shank was spectacular-my husband loved it and it was beautifully paired with perfectly... More

Business brought me to Monroe. Since I got here mid afternoon driving back to Kent was outta of the question because of rush hour traffic around Seattle. I found Adams/ Twin Rivers Brewery and hung out until it opened at 4. Glad we waited! Scott, the bartender and our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We each opted for flights and... More

I remember the first time I went to Adam's and came away with a sense that "little Monroe" had a first class restaurant in its midst. During my most recent visit I found the food to be just the opposite - what happened to Adam's qualiry?! Does Adam, or anyone who cares about the restaurant eat their own food? I... More

Adam's is about the only place we eat in Monroe. Their pride of purchasing local non GMO beef and produce is what we like aside from the fact that Adam is an amazing chef. Sure sometimes the service can be a bit off on a night here and there (I see that this is the major complaint on YELP and... More

We stopped for dinner on our way through Monroe after seeing the reviews on Trip Advisor. We first went to bistro but did not have a reservation. The ambiance was very nice but full so they sent us next sorry to the brew house which shares the same menu and kitchen. The brewpub was small but had room and we... More

Those of you who may be familiar with the former "Sailfish" restaurant will be happy visiting here. We were delighted to find this upscale restaurant in downtown Monroe. We were able to park on the street in front of the restaurant and there were no restrictions after 6pm. This was the first visit for us (two couples). The other couple... More

Having often driven Hwy 2 and bypassed Monroe as a place to stop for a meal, that has now changed since we've eaten at Adam's Northwest Bistro. I ordered several small plates and everything I tried was well prepared with fresh and high quality ingredients. The Onion Ale soup was fabulous and the pork belly was perfectly cooked. My salad... Adam's could easily be in downtown Seattle and hold its own. Chef Adam uses fresh local ingredients to create delicious and innovative meals. There are definitely mainstays in the menu, but every time there is something new to try as well. We have been here many times and can't get enough!
