We came here because it is one of the few restaurants in Leavenworth that is not upstairs or downstairs with steps required for my 88 year old father. Authentic German food and atmosphere. The apple strudel is excellent.

Someone recommended it and we went there to try to pork hock ,but was disappointed. there was really no taste to it. Meat was bland.
Love this simple Bavarian eatery and especially their red cabbage kraut and good beer to go with everything and excellent service always. We make a trip here every fall to indulge in the Oktoberfest feel of charming Leavenworth.

Great for lunch, and they offer gluten-free options. Traditional Bavarian fare, in a charming environment.
Food was Good but not as good as Mozarts. Had the same meal but this was average food. The beer was good and very cold
