Nice substantial breakfast for a great price. My personal pet peeve is simply too much food to eat but they had a half corned beef hash that hit the spot with a perfectly poached egg. Hubby had chicken fried steak and was quite happy with it!

We stopped in for breakfast before going up for a second day of skiing. Little wait for a table, 5 of us ate our fill, and then some, for $50.00 the portions were ample, quality was high and the food was hot. We enjoyed breakfast so much we stopped for dinner. Breakfast is served all day, they even stayed open... More

On Hwy 2, this diner seats about 40. It has the traditional rotating display of tempting pies, cakes, and cinnamon buns. It has both table/booth and counter service. I had breakfast this past week. I was delighted to see that they had a corn-beef hash with eggs and toast in a size for those who don't eat as much as... More

We stopped in to grab some dinner on our way home from Leavenworth. The staff was super nice and accomadating. I had a grilled cheese with ham and some chicken noodle soup. A simple but delicious meal! Great stop!

Coming over Stevens Pass we were looking for a down to earth restaurant. This fit the bill perfectly. The staff was friendly when we came in and the food was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The one thing they need is some decorations or painted scenery.

We could tell it was a good place by the amount of cars in the parking lot. We ordered the "Big Bird" chicken sandwich and the half Cobb salad. Both items were huge, good, and enough for 2 people. And the service was Great!

We popped in this diner along Hwy 2 in Gold Bar. We ordered the Stuff Yer Belly Omelette with 8 eggs, bacon, onion, peppers, olives, green onions, tomatoes and Cheddar. At $16.45 we had more than enough for two for breakfast. This is great diner fare, folks! Just right omelette and hashbrowns. Yum Yum.

We visited with relatives who live nearby. I wish I could tell you what I had but two weeks later, looking at my receipt, I have no clue. I had the chicken ranch, whatever that was. Not memorable! I recall it was just okay. It came with fries but they were just okay. I like them crispy and flavorful. These... More

This was my second visit and it did not disappoint. Waffles for breakfast, hot and powdered sugar dusted. Mmmm. My over-easy egg was spot on, and the sausages were hot. They redid the interior with white paint for a fresh look. These people know the formula for success. Fast and friendly service, in a welcoming atmosphere, plus consistently good food.... More
