Supper for my adult son and myself

As always, Olive Garden offers an excellent menu. My son ordered mozzarella sticks and lasagna, I had my favorite Fettuccine Alfredo. The salad is much appreciated as coming with the meal. For dessert we shared a delicious slice of chocolate cream pie! The staff service was excellent.

Except for the slow service.. overall was great food with wines to complement the food flavor.. Everybody is super nice and helpfull.. I ordered something with out onions and the chef came out to talk about it personally.. That was very impressive..Most people dont care.

Comfort Food When You Travel

We were happy to find the Olive Garden and the location is perfect. The service was good and the food was exactly what we have come to enjoy about the Olive Garden. This particular location is designed in a beautiful Tuscan style. And remember the minestrone soup is vegan.

Took forever to get service 2 hours to eat. Really sucks. Steaks were done Really done! I hope you have better service and food.

Efficient and pleasant Olive Garden

It was pretty much what I have come to expect from OG-clean, efficient, simple pasta dishes without any fuss. We were able to carb-load before our big race on Saturday and for that we thank you!

Buy One-Take One To Go Ad is Deceptive

With COVID-19, we decided to support our local Olive Garden. Special for BuyOne-TakeOneToGo is advertised @ $12.99* on their webiste. The * means prices vary in certain locatins. OK--Wenatchee was $14.99. Still decided to do the take out. Paid ahead on line. Very efficient and pleasant staff had our order ready and delivered to the pickup area. Issues: A Tip of 10% was automatically added to our order without my knowledge. Paper bag containing our food was stapled shut with 4 staples to be removed to open. I would never use common staples to close a bag containing food. TakeOneToGo was a significantly smaller portion than the main entree we ordered. Disappointing. This misrepresentation is more a "shame on" Corporate. Unfortunately, Corporate's action is hurtful to the great employees who work there.

Had a good meal... I ordered the seafood pasta (was a little light on sauce) atmosphere was nice... service was friendly and attentive... price averaged about twenty dollars per person.

better than expected

Hadn't been to an Olive Garden in yrs. We were on road looking for a quick bite and ordered take out to take back to hotel. The service at pick up was excellent. Salads were fresh and large. The pasta was perfect. My wife had the gluten free pasta and it was very tasty. The meal was better than the 4 star Italian restaurant we had visited in California.

Always enjoy going to Olive Garden when in Wenatchee. Food is always good and the service that we got from Rixy was phenomenal. She went over and above to make sure that we where taken care of. We will definitely return next time we are in town.

I absolutely love this place. Great food. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. It would be a tad nicer if staff checked on you a bit more throughout. But overall I love this place!

Poor service

1. First they screwed up the name on the reservation, so told us there wasn’t one. We told them four different names it could be by, then had them read us the reservation names they had. None matched. 2. So we made a new one while we stood there. (We were early for a family birthday party.) the hostess never confirmed with my hubby she heard him, nor how many we needed it for, nor how long it would take. She seemed to have heard him, but maybe had no social skills to confirm it. 3. We were seated (2 adults, 3 kids, one not quite two). We sat for 20 minutes and no one greeted us, offered water, or anything. 4. So I started trying to order in their Ziosk. Kept pressing order buttons but it didn’t work. So I noticed there was a “call server” button. I pressed that and it flashed red for many minutes but no one came. 5. So hubby flagged someone down and asked for us to be waited on. He was polite, yet they brought the manager over. He said the hostess miscommunicated. He kindly apologized and offered us a free appetizer. Hubby and I had both worked in restaurants for years, so felt guilty but also agreed it was right of them to give it. 6. Appetizer was yummy. So were breadsticks, but we were scrounging up napkins since we didn’t have little plates for breadsticks for quite awhile. 7. Our waitress was nice, we were pleasant to her, she offered us a free dessert, too, which we said wasn’t necessary. But other staff members were visibly standing around talking about us, rolling their eyes, sighing, etc. Granted, our relatives showed up late and that was a whole other fiasco, but most of that started with the hostess not getting anywhere near a correct name on the reservation. 8. We took our food home in to-go boxes cuz the 2-year old was going wild by then. Hubby didn’t even take a bite. We’ve been there about three times over the past ten years and it’s always disorganized like this. Tasty food, but won’t be back due to poorly organized, disinterested staff. (Manager and waitress were nice—the rest need some RE-training.)
