We usually come in for breakfast and are served 2 breakfasts that could serve 4 adults! Excellent omelettes, briscuts and gravy, eggs cooked as requested. Some to take home and enjoy later. Hamburgers and sandwiches are good and their fries are well above average. Chowder is good here. Pie is a must + a huge scoop of ice cream. Yummy!

Frozen chicken fried steak, but perfectly cooked poached eggs. Ham and cheese omelet made with excellent Cheddar cheese.

We were on our way to Port Townsend for the weekend. We stopped here for lunch. The staff was ultra-friendly. I had fried clams; the portion was huge with fries, slaw and a scoop of ice cream. Someone mentioned my birthday, out came 4 waitresses singing. It looked like the breakfast is very popular.

Very much a local café and clearly popular on Saturday evening - it was packed but we got a table. No frills, service was speedy and attentive despite being busy. It was prime rib night the dinner include soup and salad and entrée and ice cream. We could barely walk when it was time to go! My wife took more... More

We were told the pie was good so we stopped. Once we found the door to go in and were inside we wondered if it was. The cafe is dated. That being said it appeared clean, the service was good, our burgers were good and the pie was better. We will stop again.

Stopped here on the way to the Kingston ferry and was very pleased. The menu items are numerous and they even have "mini" meals which I had. Even so, I got two sausage patties which I wasn't expecting. Hubby had an omelet which was enormous. Prices are reasonable, too. You'll be happy you stopped, guaranteed.

This was our second time here. The portions are big and the food is good. I think the restaurant was opened in 1957; not much has changed. It adds to the charm of the place. Save room for the desert. The back of the menu has an extensive list of pies that are available, a few without sugar, if you... More

The cafe is easy to find, near the four corners of Chimicum and the corner farm store. The food is average diner food--grilled food, soups, salads, not as healthy as what I was looking for as a vegan. It as clean bathrooms and very pleasant staff. It's a convenient place to stop in when you are driving by.

This is a roadside cafe that I don't get to nearly enough because of the distance from where I live. My latest visit was for a coffee and a piece of pie while I waited for a takeout order of bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and dutch apple pie. The pie I had while waiting was coconut cream, and was faint-against-the-wall good;... More
