19 of us stopped by for lunch after the kids' lacrosse game - they were able to accommodate our large party with just 15-20 minutes' advance notice. We did get sat at three tables next to each other, and we had three different servers (one per table). The fish and chips were good, and the blackened salmon sandwich someone else... More

Food was OK. Service was so so. We sat in the covered patio area with our kids. I would return for sure.

Late lunch, on a sunny May day. We had window seating overlooking the marina and the Seattle ferries. Our server, Terence, was just perfect: cheerful, attentive without being intrusive. We had sweet potato fries as our appetizer! Two vegetarians, two carnivores found plenty of choices for our main mean. Caesar salad and black bean burger so-so; Doc's cheese-bacon burger and... Food was ok. I had the el portle burger and my wife had the cheddar prime rib sandwich. My wife upgraded her side dish to chowder. The food was ok but not as good as I would expect. Don't be surprised by the 5% living wage surcharge you see tacked on to your bills in Seattle.

We had not visited Doc's on previous trips to B.I. because we always bee-lined for The Public House nearby, however, we heard from some locals that Public had changed hands and lost some of it's quality of food and service, so we tried something new. To our delight, Doc's exceeded our expectations in every way! The heated outdoor deck is... More

The place Is right on the marina but it isn't elevated enough to have much of a view (which is why we went there) and the patio is pretty stark. Probably a locals place. He food was good but I was disappointed to discover that they were out of clams on a Saturday afternoon.

Loved this place. Highly recommend for Cioppino and moracon spiced rock fish. Take the time to go harbourfront when in Bainsbridge. Off the main road but well worth the effort.

We were touristing in Seattle and decided to ferry over to Bainbridge Island for a quick view. Cool place and would love to have had more time. Lunch pickings on a Sunday were pretty slim, but Docs looked good. After a short wait we got some great local beer, calamari and an oyster basket that convinced us they knew how... More

Hubby and i were visiting Seattle in early March and decided to head to Bainbridge for dinner. We took the ferry (a great experience!) during a normal drizzling evening, disembarked, and started walking. Because I wanted seafood, I chose Doc's Marina Grill, which was a good 12-15 minute walk from the ferry landing. Upon arriving, we found a warm, friendly... More
