Entyse is in the lobby of the RItz-Carlton. Nice selection of wines by the glass although a little pricey.

Unfortunately, I forgot that in much of what passes for the civilized world, chicken wings come breaded. Had I remembered that, I surely would have not gotten the pineapple glazed wings. The french onion soup I had to start that meal was disappointingly flavorless. I...More
I had the shrimp Pad Thai, which was nicely served by a very attentive staff person. Unfortunately, the shrimp were somewhat cold like they were put in the dish as a last-minute afterthought.More
Dear Nelson M, Thank you for sharing your honest review with us of the Shrimp Pad Thai. I will be sure to address this with the Ladies and Gentlemen of our Entyse Lounge to ensure the quality is up to our expectations. I hope you...More
I'm surprised this is a part of the Ritz Carlton chain. I stay here quite often for work and the only complaint I have is the restaurant/bar. I like to sit at the bar to eat when I'm by myself and they only have 6...More

Everything about it was wonderful. I went with my daughter, and we were seated to the side of the fireplace, which on a dreary winter's day was the perfect setting. The table was set for our arrival - that plus the fire was so inviting....More

We went back to Entyse, which holds fond memories for us as we were married at the Ritz right around this time of year, and found Entyse still does not disappoint. In fact it surpasses and surprises at every corner. Our table had a card...More
It was probably twenty years ago that we last had Afternoon Tea at the Ritz, so we thought we would try it again as we had cause for celebration. The setting was a bit different this time, in a room set in dark brown. Cozy...More

Very disappointed with tea at the Ritz. Not worth the $50 per person price. Tea started with 5 finger sandwiches on a plate. The bread on most sandwiches was dried out and they lacked flavor. Next comes the tower of sweets. The best thing on...More
Dear 2redheads2016, I wish to extend my apologies that you did not enjoy your experience at our Afternoon Tea. Tea is one of our time-honored traditions at the hotel, and it disappoints me to learn that we did not exceed your expectations. Your honest feedback...More
A friend was in town following a overseas stint and was staying at the Ritz. This I met up with him there for dinner and to catch up. We were sitting in the wine bar chatting and opted to just have dinner there. The staff...More
Small selection of foods, but enough variety for all. Bartender was very nice, personable without being over the top. To be honest if we did not have Hotel credit not sure we would have stopped for drinks as it was a bit pricey.
