Taco Salad
A crispy tortilla filled with shredded lettuce, tortilla chips, smokehouse chili, and topped with cheddar cheese and tomatoes. We add salsa and sour cream on the side.
PLATTERS
We use only the best cuts of meat for our BBQ platters. We slowly smoke at 210 degrees in our BBQ pits using hickory from bent mountain. Top butts are smoked from 14 to 16 hours, before we pull it from the bone. Beef brisket is smoked from 8 to 10 hours before it is ready to be sliced. We smoke whole chickens for 5 hours before they are ready to be pulled from the bone. We serve no meat before its time; slow smoking makes our meat flavorful, tender and moist.

RIBS‏
We take the pork spare rib and cut it st louis style. We then smoke these ribs for 5 hrs in our slow cooking hickory pit. Our own special BBQ sauce is key in making our "wet" ribs so figure licking good. The 13 secret ingredients in our wildwood spice make our �dry� ribs a uniquely special dining experience.

The food is delicious and the portions are huge! The restaurant could use a face lift but if you're looking for "down home" barbecue and sides, I would suggest this local gem.

Not terrible bbq just not as good as mission bbq in Roanoke recommend you drive the extra 5 miles to go to mission the staff is friendly but the bbq is usually overcooked
